Ive tried parcel monkey a few times and it got worse each time. The main issue is they are simply selling services on behalf of other couriers so the service is very poor: Often couriers dont turn up but parcel monkey are unable to offer any explanation why. The last parcel was due to be delivered today but a new message appeared saying goods were damaged. This was communicated as though I already knew these were damaged, never mind the fact that they didnt turn up in time. A truly horrible experiecne.

Avoid Avoid Rip off Mercahnts, paid £40 to have my alloys delivered weighed them on 2 different scales before sending 92kg to be exact, 2 weeks later they took £52 out of my account without my knowledge stating it was over weight by 20kg, no one got in touch regarding the matter, they have no number to ring so if your complaining good luck. They lost a parcel and 4 weeks later still we dont have a resolution on the case (apparently the courier doesnt have it and somehow I need to wait for it to appear?). Appalling service, beware of this company and the service they provide.

Completely s*it service, Malaka! Booked 24hr service only to get ripped off and seriously in trouble with a very urgent delivery of parts for a machine our company use. Parcel F****ng Monkey, next time Ill use the Organ Grinder ffs, 24hr service booked then get a 4 day delivery slot. Even *ick Turpin wore a mask. Never use them again !!! Can order good quality cheaper items from China and get a far superior delivery service......

Won’t be using this service again. I booked a collection for a parcel waited in all day and no one came. Made a complaint to costumer services. Day 2 still no collection ! Day 3 the same. Parcel monkey then rebooked my collection under a new shipment and guess what no collection. After loads of live chats to resolve the matter I gave up and had to go and spend another £13.49 for EXPRESS 48. Still no refund either after 2 weeks do yourself a favour and go through the courier direct ! It’s so much quicker and easier.

Always add an extra fee claiming the parcel is heavier/larger after it has been delivered and the payment is taken straight from your card. Easy way for them to get an extra £4.79 on each parcel.

Avoid at all costs. No phone number Have to wait over 24hrs for every response by email only. Put a claim in and waited over 3-4 weeks for a outcome. Very shocking and would avoid at all costs. Go directly through a courier directly.

Bought 2 day delivery took double that. Was not tracked and no way to contact ParcelMonkey. A lot of stress as no one could tell me if my package had been lost. Made far worse by lack of contact by ParcelMonkey

Dreadful customer service The only reason Im giving even one star is because my parcel eventually arrived at its destination, no thanks to Parcel Monkey. Website says explicitly not to contact courier if a problem arises but to deal directly with Parcel Monkey but they ignore you on the webchat and seem unable / unwilling to give any accurate information regarding delivery. Promised contact from Management Team to resolve problem never happened.

Terrible service, do not use this company. The collection I ordered never happened and trying to get (a) any help or (b) a refund from Parcel Monkey is like trying to the British Government to sort Brexit. No-one knows what anyone is doing, it takes days to get a reply and it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone. Use a carrier pigeon, it would be quicker.
