Parcel was damaged in transit and claim was refused, then failed to reply to any further questions and complaints about the refused claim. Wont be using again in the future, absolute Joke.

Your service was very good, but the courier let us down and the delivery was delayed. Your agents helped me greatly. I chose Parcelforce 24 but it was a 48 hour delivery in the end.

Payed for express 3 day delivery to Africa, my parcel was held in customs due to tax payments, I don’t blame them for this, but if I had known this prior to my payment I would have chosen a cheaper delivery method because clearly the delay in customs is a common occurrence.

Give a good price comparison unfortunately the parcel was not collected on the day specified but picked up the next day after being sorted by parcel monkey apart from that Id say the service provided was good and I will use again
