Was ok but the address was not complete as it was a click and collect at Argos
I put in the address eCP number but it did not appear on the printed label????
Had to put it in manually,the eCP number is the only recognise on pick up.

I booked an expedited service to australia from uk. The courier did not turn up to collect it from my home. I waited a few more days, as I know from past experience, the couriers more often than not turn up a few days late. As a visually disabled person, I rely on these services in order to send parcels to friends/family/. Its no one turn up to another courier, told the PM employee via their live chat, weirdly my order was not showing on my online account, but I had still received an email with delivery labels. They told me that I would have to go back online and reschedule my delivery. Going back to my online PM account, I could not find anyway to reschedule the collection. Two days later I went back online to the PM live chat, only to be told that 5 days have passed so they would have to cancel my collection delivery!!!!!! PM you need to offer you staff customer service training, as they did not offer at all to help me, even though I am visually disabled and have a tough time navigating through websites, as it takes forever. They also did not tell me there was a timescale to reschedule my collection. Your online system and your staff have let a disabled person down.

Scam. sent 4 parcels with them via Parcelforce. x1 was damaged x1 arrived 2 weeks late after paying for 24hr delivery and x2 were never delivered at all. then charged me £58 without telling me before hand because one of the parcels was overweight then never delivered it! Now ignoring my claims because I refuse to pay the extra £58 for a parcel they never delivered. Absolutely disgusting and I will be taking this further to the claims court as all my parcels were fully insured

Horrendous company. Dont make clear that certain items can only be sent via Courier, so DPD sent it to return to sender which is for some reason their office in the South although my address was on the label, so for me to get my items back it now cost me an additional £16 plus the cost of the initial postage. Then when you try to communicate with them all you get in its in the T&Cs. Horrible Horrible Horrible! Stay away from them at all costs, because frankly, it would have been cheaper to have the item manufactured again than use these monkeys.

Absolutely disgusting company and customer service. Not only did they lose my parcels but they then stole £160 from my bank account for the parcels being ‘over weight’. Now they are ignoring my claim for compensation for the lost parcels. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

Terrific service. Use DPD aka Parcel2Go and they managed to damage a very valuable old computer I had sold to a friend who was less then impressed. Since then I have gone with either the Parcel Monkey site and selected one of their carriers or gone for DHL who are always on their list. I have never been let down since the DPD experience. Thank you.

I have found the service excellent but it could be improved by sending the dispatch address an e-mail confirming when my parcel arrived at my customers address. This will save me logging on to Parcel Money to check.

Parcel sent to Australia mid October. Delivery could not be made at the first attempt although no card was left to notify the recipient. Chased several times since to provide contact details and arrange redelivery but very little done to ensure the parcel is delivered. More than 3 weeks later and I still have no updates and a birthday present has not been received. Extremely disappointing and very poor service.

Im STILL waiting for my parcel to arrive! Its a week after it was meant to be delivered. I needed this parcel for an important project and it has left me quite stranded. I just want my item to be delivered ANYWHERE I can get it back now. To where it was suppose to go or back to me.

I was forced to send an international parcel via courier because Royal Mail, whilst great on this side of the Atlantic, hands over to the USPS on the other side who are incompetent beyond mortal understanding. I havent had this parcel collected yet but the process on Parcel Monkeys site is a joke, especially regarding the customs documentation. After youve ordered and paid it tells you that you must attach customs docs using a transparent pouch. Yeah, that would have been helpful to know BEFORE ordering. Then, the labels are presented as A4. They are not resizeable and the customs one isnt even a PDF, its just HTML text. Really helpful when your parcel is smaller than A6. And they knew my parcel size because I entered the dimensions, and nowhere did it warn me. The customs documents are entitled Proforma Invoice instead of Customs Details. What the..!? The origin of the products was incorrectly reported on the customs documentation, even though Id entered it correctly. Underneath the documentation it says, "Made a mistake? Delete this form & start again." Well, *I* hadnt made a mistake but I thought Id try again, so I clicked the link, only to be told. "Customs documents are electronically sent for this service and so cannot be edited." Pathetic. And if theyre electronically sent how come Im wasting my time going to the Post Office, getting a transparent pouch, cutting it to size and cramming into it the A4 Proforma Inv... sorry, I mean Customs Details form!? And then theres the compensation. According to the site, collectable cards (which are basically playing cards) must be sent entirely at the senders risk and are subject to no compensation. This is absurd. I dont know whether this is DPD or PM but it has no basis in law and entirely illogical. Anyhow, you acknowledge this, only to be asked repeatedly how much the cards are worth, both in bulk and individually, and how much compensation you need! Did anybody bother to test this site before they rolled it out to the public? As I say, the parcel hasnt even been collected yet but as this service cant be rated lower than one * I might as well publish it now.
