I have used Parcel Monkey a few times now, always booking Parcelforce, half the price then booking via the post office and so far a perfect service. Will use again.

I have to say at first I felt a bit nervous using Parcel Monkey as I had never heard of them - a friend had told me so I thought why not!
I got in touch and from then everything just seemed to come together very easy they lead me through bit by bit, nothing to intricate which suited me. The cost of the parcel to Cyprus was very reasonable and I will be using Parcel Monkey again and would recommend you to people I know.

Excellent hassle free service, you do everything needed and then take your parcel to a post office and it is then taken care of by Parcel force at less than half of the post office price. I sent a parcel to my daughter and grandchildren in USA and it was delivered within 4 days, which included the weekend.

I believe this is an excellent company with getting you the cheapest deals on postage, but after sales service ? Zero At the moment I’ve sent a bass guitar to Italy but never got to the recipient through Parcelforce/ GLS Italy , do you think anyone can help ? Pathetic

This company is a disgrace. My parcel arrived at its destination 5 days late and smashed and was returned due to it being broken beyond repair and they could not unload it as they forgot the pallet truck so it was returned to me. Now they refuse to refund my delivery fee!!!! They also rejected two of my parcels claiming they were too heavy, although only about a quarter of the weight they said they would carry, they are a joke!! There are cheaper and more reliable companies doing a far better job!!

Its been 1 month now that they cant find my parcel i am very disappointed and the lack of help is is very bad theres no contact number only email which they dont care, i wouldnt recommend it to no one, and yet my parcel is not found, disgusting

It got to my house really quickly even though it was being shipped overseas. However, the box was treated roughly and one of the side split despite all the tape I put on it. I lost one of my items due to the hole. Im currently having trouble contacting a help desk to get a refund. Overall satisfied with the service with what I paid for the shipping. Would definitely suggest insuring your packages like I did so that if anything gets lost you can get a refund for it.

My first use of PM. Had to get a parcel to California from the UK in 4 working days. I was able to communicate when feeling worried about collection times, track and be reasonably assured. My client received his antique book with time to spare. 5 Stars for me, definitely use again. Thank you PM. Mark.

Unfortunately my Parcel was NOT collected on the day requested and confirmed as being collected. The parcel was at my elderly mothers house who stayed in all day waiting for it to be collected. I tried ringing Parcelforce to confirm collection but at £6 a minute I wasnt prepared to hang on the line. Eventually I emailed them and it was confirmed for the next day. Not happy with the service.

I BOOKED THE CONSIGNMENT , TWO DAYS AGO, NOBODY CAME TO PICKUP THE PARCEL , YOUR STAFF SAYING DRIVER ATTEMPTED PICKUP NOT TRUE I WAS IN THE SHOP FROM 0800AM UNTL 0500PM , I ALSO REQUESTED THE DRIVERS NUMBER , BUT THEY COULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME , ON TOP OF THAT I GAVE MY PHONE NUMBER TO THEM , I COULD NOT WAIT ANOTHER DAY , I AM SURE THE SAME THING WOULD HAPPEN , IT WOULD HELP TO GET THE DRIVER TO CALL OR SEND A MESSAGE BEFORE COMING TO PICKUP MAHER

It is not made clear enough the restrictions from your carriers. I tried to send a parcel next day with parcel Force, but missed their "dead line" for drop off. No one knows what the deadline is and it changes every day!

Received a message out of the blue that my parcel was returned to the parcelmonkey depot??? The DPD driver that had to deliver my parcel must be the laziest (or stupidest) ever as I google mapped the address and it is impossible not to locate the destination of the parcel. Recipient did NOT receive any notification to collect it and is unaware of any attempt to deliver it. I didn’t receive any notification so I couldn’t help from my side. Total waste of time and money. Will not use this company again. VERY dissatisfied. Parcel Monkey does not provide a customer friendly service. They may be okay if there are no problems , but if you do have a problem, dont expect any help.
