I USED PARCEL MONKEY TO DELIVER A QUILT TO AMERICA. THE PARCEL WENT TO THE WRONG DELIVERY DEPOT SO WAS DELAYED AND ARRIVED 2 DAYS LATE. THEN PARCEL MONKEY CHARGED ME EXTRA CLAIMING MY PARCEL WAS WAY OVER WHAT I HAD WEIGHED IT AT BY 11KG! HOW CAN THAT BE IT WAS A QUILT MADE OF FABRIC NOT LEAD!!! WHEN I ASKED THEM TO RECTIFY THE ERROR I GOT NO!!!!! RESPONSE WHATSOEVER FROM THEM AND I AM STILL WAITING. 16 DAYS LATER.. SO I THINK THAT TELLS ME THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BOTHER!!! WILL MOST DEFINITELY NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR MY DELIVERIES AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE ELSE. VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER !!!!!!

Simplifies the process of finding out the options for sending a package overseas, clear cost information, easy to use, and everything has gone according to plan. Would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Does what it says on the Tin! Comparison site for sending Mail
used a few different sites at the time across multiple tabs and they came out the cheapest when it got down to the nitty gritty
Give them a try! cant do any harm and its a decent mascot and colour theme compared to the rest of these sites around

I would only recommend Parcel Monkey to my worst enemies. Failed to delvier a parcel. No way of contacting customer services to rearrange or find out where the parcel was. Totally incompetent. No management control. Useless. Had to pay an extra fee to get the parcel returned from Southampton dock else it would have been destroyed after 21 days. Never ever use them.... ever. Cheap is what you get. Only managed to get a response via complaints when I emailed their Chief Executive. I have never encountered such a poor organisation in all of my days. Please avoid. You will thank me. I also wouldnt trust their 5-star reviews. Smacks of deceit. Which is what you will get in bucketfulls. Try Nav@ (CEO) or Jag.kaur@ @parcelmonkey.com. Plus watchdog@ @bbc.co.uk. If they get enough complaints, they might pick it up to help future poor souls. I expect a trite, insincere vacuous response to this note from their Customer Service Team, but it will mean zero.

Parcel Monkey did everything right...but I booked Parcelforce through them...they did everything right too...except I booked a 24 hour service and they did it in 48 hours... The trouble with just about all current UK courier services, in my experience, is that they rarely deliver within the time frame booked. So this wasn’t a surprise...just a disappointing inevitable

I havent heard from the recipient so I assume he has recd the parcel....the tracker show he has recd it.....so very good....no issues. Easy to organise....I would use this service again no problems.. great.

Would give it 0 stars if I could! Lost my parcel, then it turned up damaged and when paying nearly 17 pound to have it returned to me, they cant find it again! Customer service is shocking! Will never ever use again! Its like robots are messaging you back when you message to ask about stuff. Been over a month still dont know where my parcel is no refund for extortionate mailing prices, with their 5 pound admin charge! Joke!!

As long as the goods are collected as when I expect I am satisfied. There were some issues with agent in Norway doing some errors on delivery address, but I can not blame Parcel Monkey for this.

Very helpful staff at the DPD drop off point.
Cheapest I could find and was delivered next day which I was very pleased with.
No complaints from the parcel recipient as yet so top marks given ????

I have had so much trouble with this company, i bought an awning but as it was 4m long i needed a company to pick it up for me, guess what for my mistake and misfortune i used parcel monkey. I arranged to have my item picked up in april but was never delivered, emails back and forward as there is no phone number, to be told last week july they have lost it, its not a note book its a 4meter long awning you could see that from space, my opion is that someone wanted it for them selves within there company and feed me a load of sh**. please if anyone out there who is thinking of using this company parcel monkey DONT!! you can do much better.parcel monkey hahaha more like Fraggle Rock full of Muppets...

The parcel was not picked up on the specified day. I put in a query which was not answered. It was picked up the following day by a young man who rang the bell and asked if the only parcel in the porch was THE parcel. He left no receipt. However the parcel was delivered the next day which was a relief.

Ive never written a review in my life before, but felt the need to regarding this particular company. Absolutely shocking service. They lost my parcel (that I paid extra for fast delivery on) but didnt tell me so for over 3 weeks. Since this incident they have gone in circles and circles, asking me to fill in the same form 3 different times, then asking me to fill out an entirely different form, then coming back and requesting I fill out the first form all over again. They have no phone number to call, and can often take days to reply to even the simplest of emails. I havent received any compensation at all thus far. Really awful company that I cant believe is still taking peoples money.
