Apalling! They took payment of £68 and the parcel has never been collected. We have chased every day/ every other day and keep being told that tomorrow they will collect. Nobody has turned up. We have been given every excuse including driver couldnt collect because nobody was home. I work from home! Advise to AVOID. We will never use again.

Paid for 1/2 day delivery with DPD and the parcel arrived 7 days later than scheduled. Parcel Money offered little to no help when I tried to find out where my parcel was and why it was so late

I had difficulty booking but that was a password problem. Communication was good but the item was damaged on receipt. This was due really to senders packaging being inadequate. Also, the box was soaked in oil due to item not being sealed properly. The courier just dumped it in my porch and cleared off. I thought I was supposed to examine and sign.

Zero stars !!! I ordered part and collection never come , send 5 mails no answers !!! Only thing is go to bank and report them as a fraud !!! Otherwise you won’t get your money back !!!! This page should be reported !!!!

How did the approximately 95cm x 95cm x 30cm 22kg parcel we sent to Amazon Returns in Scotland become a 33 x 18 x 38cm 69kg parcel in transit costing £53+. Amazon have refunded this amount to us because of the difficulty in contacting Parcel Monkey or there carrier. Obviously the wrong parcel was checked or someone will get the wrong delivery. The carriers driver carried this supposedly 11 stone parcel to his van unaided.

The one-way delivery went exactly as planned. A bicycle wheel is difficult to pack but I did find that making the box a few cm smaller saved a lot of money. Not sure if the website could offer guidance on size/weight pricepoints.
