Surprised at how easy, convenient and reliable this was. Made moving to Germany cost efficient, quick and a whole lot easier than I thought it would be. Would fully recommend!!

Parcel sent to Korea 3 months ago lost, worth £400, Parcel Monkey no help whatsoever, no information, continually fobbed off, poorest customer experience I have ever had, am still awaiting compensation for the value I paid insurance for, they refuse to even acknowledge my claim on their very poorly constructed website, and no phone number where you can even talk to a real person to try to get information. If something goes wrong with your Parcel Monkey delivery you have got big problems.

Sent a parcel to the US via this company. The carrier destroyed the box and tried to repair with sticky tape leaving large bits of tape protuding the parcel. They then measured the parcel by laser and included this protruding tape in their measurements. Not surprisingly the dimensions increased and they then charged extra for the parcel being larger. Great. When I contacted Parcel Monkey they did NOTHING. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY, YOU DO NOT NEED THEM. Go direct to the carrier.

The booking process on the website was very straightforward. My several separate orders were picked up promptly, and the prices were very competitive. Tracking with regular updates was provided, and my things got to their destination quickly with Parcel Monkeys help through the inevitable customs delays. I would definitely use this service again. Highly recommended.

If I could go lower I would, my parcel went missing after paying £35.99 for delivery but because I didn’t spend even more to insure it I have basically told them it is worthless and has no value. My parcel has vanished and these shower of C**TS are telling me they have zero standard insurance. If I went with parcel force directly my item would be fully covered for its value. They tell you not to write a delivery label out as the driver has the documentation and labels, that may be correct but they booked my item on a same/next day collection which does not use this label service. Complete bunch or arseh01es and would never use or recommend to my worst enemy’s.

Having looked at the major couriers for a price to deliver a large parcel, I came across Parcel Monkey online. They were quoting half the price even using the same major couriers.
I was sceptical if PM could provide a reliable and safe service but decided to chance it. No need to worry.. the parcel was delivered promptly and safely. Excellent value!

Fabulous service. Sent a bike to London from North Yorkshire. We had a 48 hour delivery package and it arrived within 24 hours.

We are business and chose the appropriate plan/charge to ensure the parcel was collected within 22 hours. However the parcel was collected 4 days later! After complaining i was told they dond refunds and its in the small print they may not actually collect when promised!?!?!

Delivery - UK to Nice, France We waited at home all day as window for delivery was 08.00-18.00. Early in the afternoon we noticed the tracker recorded a failure to deliver as there was nobody home - obviously a surprise to us. Later in the afternoon the tracker recorded that parcels had been delivered and signed for by "Jean". An even bigger surprise as we were still at home waiting for the delivery. We called "Chronopost" who were unable to advise where the parcels had actually been delivered and that they required up to 72 hrs to investigate. We called again the next day to be told that they had in fact been delivered to the local post office and they could try and redeliver them, or we could pick them up. We opted to pick them up, not wanting a repeat of the previous day, but not the service we had paid for. Also interesting to note that that tracker advises the parcels have been delivered to a town miles away! It would have saved a lot of stress if the courier could have at least confirmed that the parcels had been left at a post office, instead of leaving us to worry they had been accepted by persons unknown at address unknown. Also we are very suspicious that deliverer makes no real attempt to deliver to a given address, and just states that nobody is home - making their job easier. It could have been worse, as we actually did get our parcels, although they were in pretty poor condition. Not the service we expected. It does seem that the issues were all on the French delivery side, as UK pick-up was very smooth.
