Parcel didnt turn up using parcelforce 48 hr untill 48 hrs after it should have. I sent the parcel at my local post office on Saturday morning, i presumed it would be delivered by the Tuesday.but it didnt get to the client until the Thursday.

Honestly unbelievable service at a great price. A 13kg box from Berkshire to Lot-et-Garonne in 48 hours at £1 per kilo. Pick up in a designated 1 hour time slot and the smiliest delivery driver in France. Parfait

Cant be happy with this service, paid for insurance twice in a row and my parcels arrived both damaged and looks like anyone cares after sending some messages. Also, Ive sent 2 parcels in my last order, and just one has arrived, and ParcelMonkey costumer service looks completely useless. Wont recommend at all!!!

This was the worst courier company I have ever used. The parcel was not delivered and I still paid an extra £17.00 to get my parcel back to me. Unbelievably Poor.

Terrible. The courier never arrived. I had to wait in an extra 6 hours. Parcel Monkey washed their hands of it and said it was couriers fault, yet I couldnt contact courier direct. Cost me lost business by having to wait behind. When I complained, they were very unhelpful and wouldnt even refund part of my charge. Going to book direct from now on. Goodbye Parcel Monkey

I had two parcels picked up and delivered (different addresses), both on a 24 hour turn around. No problem. My only gripe is that I had to wait all day for parcels to be collected, as no time is specified for collection.

First of all DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My two bags were weighed at an air freight company on industry scales, upon arrival overseas I was told my bags were 12 kilos more than I declared and I was charged an additional fee, this is nonsense and nothing more than a money grab which you cant do anything about. Then I was told I would have to pay a further 60 pounds for my bags to be released from Mexican customs, my original door to door quote is now close to 100 pounds higher than the original quote from their website. Upon opening the bags items were missing including an 80 pound pair of trainers, desert boots and one of my girlfriends dresses. So after an original quote of 153 pounds this experience has cost me approximately 500 pounds when I have replaced missing items. Hopefully when people read this review it will cost this shambles of a company a lot more. Take my advice and pay a bit extra for a reputable carrier and avoid this company, they are a disgrace..!!

Delivery supposed to take place yesterday, booked on parcel force for two day service, collected on ist July 2019. Today is 4th July 2019.Until now is 2.30 pm no sign of the parcel. Tracking information is not current. Very disappointed with the service.

Yet again another damaged parcel. Was wrapped to perfection with bubnlewrap and heaps of card board so mybitem must have been dropped from a great heigh to shatter the corner of a wooden box . No one cares.
