Easy to use and very good prices

Great service, wouldnt use anywhere else. Have used them to deliver and pick up both for me and from me. Never had a problem. Cant beat the rates either.

Was just given a day for the collection - would have been more convenient if I had been given a specific time slot (perhaps 2 or 3 hours in length), rather than have to stay at home all day. Deliveries try to do that.

NEVER AGAIN! I booked a Parcelforce24 collection. Package collected without an issue on the Monday, but no delivery took place on the Tuesday (next day) Phoned Parcelforce, they confirmed that the item was late and I was therefore due a FULL REFUND from them VIA PM Package delivered after 48 hours - so I contact the Monkeys - "sorry, out terms & conditions state 5 days must pass before a package is late & you are due a refund" (or an approximate translation from their Indian English) ParcelMonkey can F.O.A.D. = NOT A PENNY MORE FROM ME..!!

Seemed great at first, offering a good value service, however failed to accept my claim when damage was caused to my goods. The whole claims process was dragged out over a few weeks and they refused to reimburse the damages, despite having paid more for protection. Will never use again.

Poor service. I purchased a DPD Next Day service from them and DPD delivered to the wrong address! Parcel Monkey say not to contact the courier direct as they will sort. Unfortunately this is not the case and one week later I am still waiting for the parcel to be returned to me and trying to obtain a refund. Not good that when tracked on Parcel Monkey website it states "delivered"! I appreciate mistakes happen however Parcel Monkey do not seem to have the skills to rectify. Will update again here to see when the parcel finally arrives back with me and whether they do the right thing and refund me for a service that I never got!

This was not my first parcel delivered through parcelmonkey. These monkeys are reasonably priced, deliver on time and their website is simple as my grandad who still rides horses than Tesla.

I took a day off work to wait for driver to collect parcel, who subsequently did not turn up even after paying £45 to ensure it was delivered by the Friday after lengthy conversations with parcel monkey the just sent me a copy of there terms and conditions stating they don’t have rectify problem unless you can prove that parcel has not been collected after 5 days. Be wary of using parcel monkey! I would recommend putting the leg work in yourself and find the best delivery service for you. You could be left out of pocket if you use this service... in a whole a 1 star service.

1st of all the driver dropped my parcel out of the van then when I checked it there was a big dent in the side of it and the contents were smashed, I had to pay you 37.50 pence of my money to get it picked up and a replacement sent then the replacement arrived broken and amazon wanted another 37.50 to have it picked up and a new one sent they have not refunded my money and iv had to glue together a £95 bin shed because I cant afford to have another sent in case that comes broken thankyou for ruining my week

If only I could give 0 stars ! Please no one use this service , they are absolutely terrible I missed a day off work so that I can post my item but the courier didnt turn up and on top of that they try to lie and say it was collected! Stupid company

Tuesday 2nd July 2019 @ 15:59 Hi, I will like to tell you my experience with you guys and will like to claim.First I book a pick up no one never turn up , I had to call dpd thankfully they are arrange me next day morning. Next morning the driver turned up scan my boxes and told me he will pick them up 2pm afternoon! I told him this is impossible because I have plane at 1pm I’m sorry but you need to take them now , right he started screaming at me -“women I told you I will pick them up this afternoon I don’t have space now! I explain him one more time that I have to ketch a flight , then he write he is phone number on top off one of my boxes and tell me to leave them outside doors and he left. I was shocked from the attitude, call one more time dpd explain the situation lucky they sent me other drivers at 11 am so I manage to not miss my plane. I told this was stressful but never guess that can be more!!!Then is Chronopost sent me email that my address is not correct and they can’t be delivered, I call them and change the address every day was some issue with the delivery!!! So I decide to pick them up. Call them again and again some issues can’t be delivered to the pick up point. I don’t understand what was happening kip calling them every day and I can’t get my boxes. My phone bill was more then I pay for the delivery. I had to email dpd exports for investigative where is my boxes, they emailed me back saying-“We are sorry to learn that you have still not received the parcel. As checked the details we can see that the parcel is not scanned since 14th June. In that case please as the sender of the parcel we will need to raise an investigation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Thanks & regards, Rahul H. DPD Exports” Just to let you know that I sent the boxes on 30.05.2019 and had to be delivered on 03.06.2019. Unfortunately they was not getting delivered at all. On 17 July 2019I decided to rent a car and drive to the main office to collect mu boxes.

Disgusting the worst delivery service ever. I paid £30 for the delivery of a parcel to Pakistan which was never delivered or even left the UK it seems. After two weeks was informed by PM that this was due to the invoice not being attached to the parcel (I had taped it on securely round all sides). They now want to charge me £5 to have the parcel returned to my own address!

Booked a service via parcel monkey after checking the terms of service and specifications. Parcel Force collected the item however when at depot stated it was too heavy and returned it to the pickup address. No proof of weight or contact from parcel force. They wouldnt speak to me about the matter as I booked via parcel monkey. Parcel monkey only do webchat and I have yet to get through. £40 wasted. I had to drive 200 miles to collect item.

A parcel booked through you using Parcel Force 24 took 72 hours to deliver & you would not give any compensation for the delay & the parcel being to late to make the sale it was intended for. Rubbish

Excellent comparison of the possible services available. Also, very impressed that DHL could collect a 7kg box from our door and move it nearly 100 miles, overnight, for less than £10.
