Its a very bad experience with the courier I booked. The driver didnt pick up the item on the day it supposed to be and they cancelled the order and scheduled after a day which is not a good thing

The collection of my parcel was straight forward but the delivery took 6 days longer than expected. Not happy considering I paid £12 for a 24hr delivery with parcel force

Parcel Monkey worked well. I got held up in traffic ( a truck tried to climb a lamp post) and missed the collection. We were not given advance warning of collection so I did not know I needed to arrange things. The parcel is still here.

Absolutely terrible service, booked an item to be picked up 3 times, all 3 times nobody came. When I got in touch with parcel monkey they rebooked it and assured me someone would come...yet again they didn’t. They didn’t care and just said rebook or refund. Didn’t care that I had waited in for 3 days for someone not to another courier. Would never use again.

Excellent service. Tracking of the parcel was difficult as the tracking number did not register on post office website, however the parcel monkey website did facilitate tracking

Very poor service I paid for a 24 hour delivery and my buyer got it 6 days later you attempted to deliver once and said you left a card which you Didn’t . I had to chase you up a number of times which shouldn’t be the case . Will not be using yourself in future.
