Parcel STILL has not arrived! It was supposed to arrive in one day, took 5 days to even leave the UK, and is apparently now in Idaho instead of Washington DC now — totally ridiculous!

All worked fine but I did need to let the driver know something and communicating with the support team they didnt respond until the next day which was a bit late. The driver managed to deliver ok without my message. He arrived an hour early to pick package up but it was ready anyway, and I would rather that then late.

The package was open and souvenir tht i bought for my 9 year old niece was broken and in bits even though it was packed very well. Not happy!

I paid for 2day deliand the item got delivered nearly 6days later. This is very unexceptable and i am very unhappy. Tried calling the currier but no answer.. Every day it said it will be delivered thw next day happened each day untill the day it actually got delivered. The item sent was important and the receiver wasnt able to submit what they needed as part of the info was in the package.

Ease of use forms. Great pickup package options. Reasonable rates for shipping internationally, considering the rise in shipping rates. Exceptional tracking system. Package from UK to USA was seamless. Highly recommend Parcel Monkey.

Failed to deliver my parcel aboard in time via UPS, since 13th Feb -3 months later my parcel is still not returned to me, UPS sent it back to parcel monkey headquarters, apparently awaiting manager to process the return to me, customer service have not escalated my complaint despite request, no manager has made contact since my parcel was sent back to them on 22/4. Basically theft.

My parcel was returned to sender from Spain, not their fault some stupid Brexit rules. However for some reason my parcel was returned to Parcel Monkey. After many chase messages and being told it will be the returns manager who will contact me or they are trying to contact the courier, I have been told nothing ! They have had the parcel for over 2 weeks now ! Im not sure which courier they are contacting as ups confirmed they delivered the Parcel back to Parcel Monkey, Gosport. I would never advise using a third party

PM-12187664 I’m raising a dispute on the additional charge of £58.18 that was taken in my account today 03/05/2024, I’ve already to reported this case to citizen advice bureau on the 03/05/2024. This is just fraudulent the weight of the item was already on the box from Amazon and I’ve called Amazon and Amazon said the same thing that is the weight. I don’t know why I’ve been charge again I need the amount of £58.18 returned back to my account ASAP

Normally Parcel Monkey are pretty good, but on this occasion, the pickup still hasnt occurred and its been over a week - and Ive no messages about it (no missed collection msg or anything). Parcel Monkey needs to close the loop with the courier - its as though theyve got my money so now nobody is bothered about moving the actual parcel...

Beware - next day AM does not work - and Parcel Monkey doesnt care. Bought a next day AM service because I needed it there fast. Drop off point was open till 5 so I dropped it off on time. I even saw the van there collecting it. However the parcel didnt go into the system until the following day and therefore it didnt arrive till 2 days later. Parcel force said you didnt buy the service from us so we cant help. Parcel Monkey tried saying we arent the courier not our fault and eventually siad "The service will only start once the parcel is collected and we are not liable for late collection including from the post office." Despite me having a receipt on time that is not considered "collected". So the collection timing is out of your control and they can basically put whatever time they want on the collection to suit meeting the delivery date.

No status updates, I have no idea where my parcel is and no one is helping. Please don’t choose them and rather go through an actual courier company even if you have to pay a bit more.

Paid over £55 for a priority FedEx service. Wasted a whole day and lot of petrol taking it to multiple pacel drop off shops to keep being told barcode number was invalid. Dont waste your time or money with these rip off merchants
