Dont know whos fault it was, but twice, parcel force failed to collect my parcel despite paying for 24 hour delivery. In the end I loaded it in the car and took it myself. This is also the 3rd time this has happened. Not having much confidence tbh

A large parcel which was a difficult shape was handled and delivered on time and at a reasonable cost. Some other quotes were outrageous. I would have appreciated a bit more accurate pick up time as I was not sure what time of day it would be. Overall very good Thankyou.

Was not collected the (am) day as promised.Following day (24hrs) was more successful and the parcel taken. I repair bus parts and my customers require a reasonable delivery slot within two days of despatch. When my article leaves my premises here, I have to promise a reasonable set delivery time for the customer.The down time of a bus undergoing a repair is very expensive.

Can I not give 0 stars? Even that would be generous! Do not go near this company under any circumstances. No matter what information you provide for your delivery and how accurate you try to be (even when you provide larger dimensions and higher weights to try and make sure there’ll be no issues) they will find a way to charge you more and just conveniently say how it’s not them but the courier who has passed it on. When raising a dispute they will just fob you off and not actually deal with the problem, in the hope you’ll go away and accept the charge as if you’ve done something wrong. The charges they pass on for the supposedly correct details I “didn’t” declare, will then also be higher than what the service would have been if these had been entered “correctly” at the time of booking, not sure how that works. They take the money without even warning you and send you the email after the fact to try and prove their case. I really hope enough people see this to make a difference and that you don’t have to go through what I have been through. Remember a company is only as good as how they deal with problems and mistakes and this company shouldn’t have any credibility!

Very poor, chose next day delivery system for parcel to be collected ted Monday and delivered Tuesday but it was collected Thursday and delivered Friday Shocking

Booked a next day delivery service, parcel took two days to arrive. Complained to parcel monkey who have never replied. Complained directly to the courier who said they cant deal with it as it was booked through parcel monkey. I wont bother using parcel monkey again, will go directly to a courier.

I got double charged for an item for it after the weight and dimensions weren’t correct. I had measured and weighed this correctly and put into the system then they took an extra payment more than originally without any notice

I used parcel monkey to send a parcel to Mauritius. Couldnt have been easier. Filled the forms online, the parcel was collected from my house on my chosen day. Although I had to pay extra when it arrived to Mauritius by a Mauritian courrier. My parcel was delivered safetly at my parents house.

Parcel monkey, as always , did not let me down with a parcel to Australia. Are they the cheapest? Admittedly no. Are they the most reliable? Absolutely.... I made the mistake of originally booking via another carrier, HUGE mistake and and still awaiting the refund 2 weeks later. Sent parcel Friday 13th received in Aus Tues 17th. They kept me informed throughout via the Fed Ex site, was delivered exactly when they said it would be. I could track the parcel every step of the way. I will always have Parcel Monkey as my absolute go to carrier without doubt, everytime. Cant praise them enough.

Sent the exact dimensions and weight straight off the box to send a parcel and parcel monkey has tried to debit my bank account around £50 odd. I don’t care about whatever T&C’s you’ve waffled on about in the email. I’m not paying a penny more than the original charge!!

Easy to book but no indication that there would be Vat to pay at other end and would be via UPS to pay, rather than direct via Douanes, so incurred extra costs. Would be nice to know this in advance, or have offer to pay it in UK. May stick to going down the Post Office where I think you can pay the Vat in advance. Cost more than the carrier charge to release it.

The parcel must have been thrown about a lot. The contents were damaged beyond repair. I had packaged in a double layer of thick rigid cardboard foam lined box made to size. Disappointing.

It was very easy to get a quote and book for collection from home of my Djembe drum going off to the Isle of Wight, to drum hospital. The collection took place within the expected time and the cost was surprisingly budget friendly. Have used Parcel Monkey UK before to ship a guitar, and would certainly use their service again. Sent a package to my in laws in Sweden from the UK, paid for the Guaranteed Delivery Service which promises a full refund if its not delivered for the day. It was of course not delivered on the day, in fact it was delivered 2 days after the delivery day. It was supposed to have been delivered on the 16th of September and wasnt delivered until the 18th of September. It was not stuck in customs, my in laws even called UPS on the 17th when it was marked as delayed for a second time to ask why it wasnt delivered and they had no idea. I contacted ParcelMonkey as instructed, as I was told I could not get my refund until after the package was delivered. I am now having a conversation with a ParcelMonkey employee that does not seem to be reading the information I have provided him. I have kindly asked my case to be forwarded to a supervisor and I have still not had a resolution to this, he just keeps repeating the same information over and over. Ive even provided the employee with links and pictures of their own policy that I specifically paid for. Live chat is unable to help me, I asked for someone else to please help me on this ticket. I have nothing good to say about the customer service from ParcelMonkey, as they seem to be avoiding to even enforce their own policies and EXTRA service that I paid extra for. I have used ParcelMonkey in the past, as long as you dont run into an issue they are mostly ok. From now on I will take my business elsewhere as their customer service is horrid.
