Zero rating I would give this company absolutely awful sent a parcel to USA, customer did not except this as the outer package was damaged, ups driver told her the belts are not made for large parcels so they all get damaged, the package was covered for the full amount of £600, she refused the package and asked us for a full refund we have tried to claim off the insurance but they are coming up with every excuse under the sun, from contents not packed properly to no protection and every other excuse they can think off, it been 2 months plus now and we still haven’t received this parcel back from them. On asking where this is we were told it can take upto 90 days to get this back????????????????????????horrendous company, liars and total con artists when it comes down to the insurance you pay.

If I could give zero stars I would. Simple enough and straight forward online. Stayed in all day - courier did not come. Messaged parcelmonkey and had to arrange another day (no apology just expect u to waste more of your time). Stayed in all that day - courier again did not arrive. I only arranged collection as it’s too heavy for me to carry. Now waiting for a refund - I will sort it myself after a week of messing around

It wasnt till after i placed an order with these they they told me that they are not actually a courier company but a reseller for ups. this lack of full disclosure on thier site was a yellow flag. the parcel was scheduled to be picked up from another location and delivered to me. i checked the tracking and it did state the parcel was picked up. however at the end of the day, i got a call from the person waiting for the parxcel to be picked up from thier property that no one had picked it up. i contacted parcel monkey who told me that the only contact they had with up was email. however it appears that ups rushed out and picked up the parcel that nigh and rushed it to me but in doing so neglected manual handling rules as well as due care an attention, as when the parcel got to me it was smashed beyond repair. yes i saw the item just before and as the seller packed it so it was no error on the sellers part. i lodged a claim against parcel monkeys insurance. they kept stalling with rubber stamp responses such as "bear with us". however after a week, they did accept liability and said they would pay for the cost ot the item, however made nooffer to refund postage cost but then camethe 3 week waiting game with more stalling and excuses such as "trouble with my paypal" the same paypal i used to pay for the delivery. i eventually got my money be sending a paypal money request which parcel monkey honoured, which it why i am giving them two stars instead of one.

I’ve never used Parcel Monkey before. Will definitely use again to send all my parcels. Very easy and simple process. User friendly site. Great to compare all the various rates and see in one step how to select the best one. 10/10.

This company seems to be okay if everything goes well. But it soon as it goes wrong (ie Labels arrived late, pickup was late, delivery was late and delivered to a wrong address in the wrong town so is now completely lost and with no true acknowledgement or apology for any of it) you will discover that this company has got no transparency, there are no names attached to the company, they’ve got no email addresses no telephone numbers and no complaints procedure in place. You can only contact them through the portal and if you try to contact them because they messed up, they will either ignore you or only respond with standard pre determined AI type messages. So take the gamble If you want to but please read the one star reviews first, you will see that you will not get any level of customer care and you wont get your money back. I so wish I’d paid that extra few quid and gone directly to the actual courier rather than placing my trust in a bunch of arrogant kids in a make-shift intermediary. Truly, it’s not worth the time, stress and hassle, pay the extra.

We needed to send a parcel to the USA and found that Parcel Monkey gave us the best choice and price for service we wanted. Fairly easy to navigate the website.
All in all, good experience.

Paid for a drop off item to be sent through fedex. Gave all details including weight of 10kg. Also chose the option for barcode scan as I dont have a printer. Received email advising the shop to scan the barcode and they would print off the label. I used the drop locations suggested near me. The first one wouldnt take the package because it weighed over 5kg. The 2nd drop off location suggested couldnt use barcodes or print off postage labels. After spending an hour driving around different drop off locations that wouldnt take my package I gave up and requested a refund. I now have to wait 3-5 working days for my money back.

U cant believe this couier company is responsible for the ness they gave caused for in delivered the parcel to Austria plus they are not investigating the case created plus nor giving me responses as to why and where was the held from 30-6? Not just now they are not refunded me nor compensation are giving plus liability and I dont trust this service at all thy are only after money thats all and same with fraud parcelforce

I sent a return parcel through UPS via parcel monkey, It was a very large heavy parcel worth £950 and it got damaged in transit. UPS updated to say they damaged the goods but partially delivered the item (1 very very small part) but this meant I could not get a refund for the item I was returning. I took out insurance with my parcel and put a claim in straight way, it has been 6 weeks since i made the claim and I keep getting fobbed off and ignored by Parcel Monkey. Worse company I have ever dealt with.
