When you make an order via either Parcelforce or City Link you will be given a telephone number to contact if you need to make enquiries relating to either collection or delivery. To find this information simply log-in and scroll to the bottom of the page. Here you will find a list of your current and previous orders. If you click on the green telephone icon you will have an information page appear that gives you the current telephone number relating to our account and your order. We also show you your particular reference number that their support teams have as well as your Parcel Monkey Reference Number to help the support team locate the correct information and give you an accurate answer.
In the very unlikely event you needed to contact a depot directly you can find the relevant addresses here for City Link - please do be aware that your nearest depot might not be the one related to either collection or delivery so its always better to call within the system. Furthermore, for Parcelforce you can use a post code search tool to find your local depot. The crucial aspect to consider, however, is that the telephone numbers we provide for you within your dashboard is directly related to your account and allows us to track performance.
