How Do You Send Long Parcels Via Couriers?
We can help, but within limits.

With us of course. There are some restrictions depending on which courier service you select when requesting a quick quote. If you choose either our Parcelforce 24 or Parcelforce 48 services then the maximum length we can assist you with are 1.5m and a maximum length plus girth of 3m.

The same general restrictions are in place for the vast majority of services via City Link services such as Next Day and Saturday deliveries. However, via our Same Day and Man and Van services you have a great deal more flexibility.

Man And A Van Same Day Courier Service

With our same day service we offer an incredibly flexible service where you can set a 15 minute collection slot and an estimated time of delivery within mainland UK on the same day with the following restrictions:

Small Van - suitable for packages up to 500kg total weight and a maximum length of any item of 1.2m
Short-Wheelbase Transit - suitable for packages up to 1000kg total weight and a maximum length of any item of 1.6m
Long-Wheelbase Transit - suitable for packages up to 1000kg total weight and a maximum length of any item of 2.5m
