How to get a quote from Parcel Monkey

It's easy to get a quote from Parcel Monkey, simply follow these steps:

1Use the homepage quote box

From the homepage, enter the weight of your parcel and the country you want to send it to in the purple box.

If you have multiple boxes, or an item over 1m in any dimension, simply click one of the links below instead.

2Compare prices

Now you can use the tab menu to choose between different types of services, and see the list of available services and prices below.

 







 

3Complete your booking

Now simply follow the simple steps to enter the details of your parcel and checkout online with a credit / debit card.

Any labels you need will be emailed to you and you can manage / track your shipment from the dashboard when you log in.

What time will my parcel be collected?

On your scheduled day of collection, your parcel can be collected any time between 9am and 6pm.

Unfortunately at this time it is not possible to give a more accurate estimated collection window.

Unfortunately once the courier has been sent the collection details, it's not possible to change your collection address.
We recommend cancelling the existing collection, then rebooking.

2Click cancel from your dashboard

Once you're logged in, locate the shipment you wish to cancel in your dashboard.

Then simply click the "Cancel" button and follow the steps.

How to track your parcel

It's easy to track your parcel with Parcel Monkey:

1Login with your username / password

Once you log in you can track your collection from the dashboard.

Click here to login

2Click the "Track Shipment" button

Once you're logged in, locate the shipment you wish to track in your dashboard.

Then simply click the "Track Shipment" button and follow the steps.

What time will my parcel be delivered?

On your scheduled day of delivery, your parcel will be delivered any time between 9am and 6pm
unless you booked a priority / timed service (eg. Before 9am).

Unfortunately it is not possible to give a more accurate estimated delivery window.

My parcel is late

We're sorry to hear that your parcel has not arrived on time. The courier companies used by
Parcel Monkey operate on a 97-98% on time service record, but that does inevitably mean that
on occasion items don't reach their destination on time.

If your parcel is less than 3 days late, please use the tracking links from your dashboard
to track the item. If it's more than 3 days late, click the button below
and we'll chase it up with the courier.

I'd like to change the delivery address

If your parcel has not been collected, you'll need to cancel the item from your dashboard and rebook.

If your item has already been collected, it's usually not possible to change the delivery address

When will I get my label?

If your service requires a label, it should be ready within 60 minutes of paying for your shipment.

Remember, not all services need a label, but if you think you're label hasn't been
generated contact us using the button below.
