Customers basically have two options depending on how they'd book. The simplest option is for people who like to make ad hoc orders - which are the vast majority of people.
Here all you need to do is use the usual quote form and add the dimensions of each parcel which are going to the same address and then continue as you would normally do.
If you are sending a number of parcels to various different addresses it’s not as much of a problem as you might expect as we save the addresses you've sent from or to in the past so all you need to do is select the ones you'd like for each order. We feel that this is particularly good for our customers that sell on eBay as it gives you great flexibility to arrange courier services with different speeds of delivery.
We offer an API service where, if you have a website, you can automatically hook into our booking and tracking technology which we've labelled as "Parcel Monkey Supercharged". This would negate any need too add in separate order details for each parcel.
If you have a very large number of parcels then it may be more cost effective to use our man and a van or same day services where we can pick up a variety of parcels and deliver to the address on the same day.
