How secure are your parcel delivery services?
I can't recall any complaints from customers about insecure parcels being delivered.

Both the security of our customers when it comes to the ordering process and their private information after they have booked as well as your parcels whilst they're en route to the delivery address are of the utmost importance to us. 

We have very strict procedures in place to protect your personal information including not discussing customer orders outside of our secure account system. But also we only use the most reputable courier services to actually conduct the parcel delivery for you.

This means that when your parcel is collected the courier should offer you their credentials so you are guaranteed that it is being collected by a bone fide courier. Furthermore, the couriers have been given training in keeping your parcels secure in transit, if they're kept overnight they're again stored securely and upon delivery the parcel will have to be signed for.

On ordering we also ask for additional information in case a delivery to the correct address cannot to be made, this should ensure that your or their parcel is not left with an unfriendly neighbour.
