scam of a company,, wont reply to messages,, last message they sent , said theres no time limit too getting this problem solved. Basically we will drag it out so you never get your refund!!! Stay clear!

Worst company ever! Just debited my card by £109 one week following delivery of items on the guise that the packages I sent which were meticulously weighed at 30kg & 32kg each were supposedly 41kg & 53kg (HOW???). I contacted UPS who were the actual courier company and they have no such record of the items being overweight.

Honestly thought id give these guys another chance after previous issues, but yet again an absolute disaster. Parcels were booked and paid for over an hour before there cut off for next day collection, order was completed and money taken from my bank account. No labels arrived, so i raised the claim for labels to be sent, no response. The next morning first thing tried to live chat, took half an hour for them to tell me that now they cant get them booked till the next day for collection as its too late now, Emily on customer service was rather unhelpful with this matter, they are quick enough to take your money long before they actually organise or book anything for you it seems. My advice, use another courier or another courier instead, much better customer service for one thing.

They have never let me down and I have sent quite a few parcels to some hard to reach places. They are efficient and cost effective.

Very fast and efficient. The realy only minor issue was the need of A5 size document holder. In the end I used A4 sleves.

Unfortunately, for some reason, this package was not delivered. Nor has it been returned to sender. I must say that this is the first time I have had any problems with parcels sent through Parcel Monkey.

This company will take extra money from your account without any proof to show you that your parcel is over weight or wrong measurements so make sure you take photos for your proof to send to them when they tell you bs like they have done to me .paid with PayPal and when you pay them it will set up a Automatic. Permanent to them but what you dont realise is your letting the take money any time they want by doing this .so everytime you pay log into you PayPal and remove Automatic. Payment to them if not they will take more money from your account

I had booked a date for pickup, but the person never showed up and there was no communication until I called at the end of the day. The entire day was wasted, and I ended up losing one of my annual leave days from work. I had to book another day, making numerous calls to ensure it would be picked up.

Great delivery time! Only downside was Fedex drop-off didnt work as "Shipment does not have digital clearance paperwork". But, was able to arrange collection via weblink - didnt have to speak to customer service on phone or webchat.

SO item was never picked up and i haven even recieved notification about failed pick up. Zero comms. £15 down the drain. Cant even be bothered getting in touch because its gonna be a waste of my time. DO NOT RECOMMEND
