Having a collection time (even a 2-3 hour window) would make a big difference to the customer experience (and repeat business rate)
twice now ive booked a collection days in advance with you for a next day delivery and both times you've failed to collect on the day

The tracking for my parcel was not updated very quickly. However arranging the courier to collect and deliver was straightforward.
