First off, don't worry. We've all done it at some stage. It's usually fairly easy to remedy - unless you've booked our same day service and is due to be collected shortly.
All you need to do is contact us via the usual method: the contact support form. If your parcel is due to be collected today, feel free also to tweet us to make sure. Please follow us also so we can send you a direct message as we'll need your order number to track down your particular collection or delivery that needs altering.

It certainly is. There's a difficulty with customers changing delivery destinations due to security - we wouldn't want other people managing to log-in and change the addresses, so make sure we keep control of this. We hope you don't mind?
If needed we can always cancel the booking, refund it and you can carry on making a new booking with the adjustments made.
