Useful information for sending a parcel to Greece
Greece became the tenth member of the European Communities which later became the European Union at the beginning of 1981 which resulted in a period of great economic growth due to the removal of trade barriers. Obviously after the economic turmoil of the late 2000's and early 2010's Greece suffered greatly. Over that time however, we've not witnessed a slowdown in the number of parcels we help our customers send to the country, but we aren't taking this matter for granted - we'll strive to continue offering cheap parcel delivery costs to Greece.
Although there are no additional restrictions for sending a parcel to Greece, it's always prudent to be aware of the advice the local authorities produce. If you have a browser to that can translate web pages you might like to visit the
Greek Republic Ministry of Finance website where you can download a selection of most frequently asked questions. However, if that doesn't help you could write to them at Postal. N / GSIS Address: Chandris 1 & Thessaloniki, GR 18346, Athens
or email them on: info@gsis.gr.
Despite Athens being over 1,800 miles from London we can still offer a cheaper parcel delivery service via road with either DHL (£11.89) for a five day service or Parcelforce for £18.18.
