Not parcelmonkey fault( apart from duty code mistake) euro priority parcelforce 2 day to netherlands, ten days and counting, smallprint means only 25% refund.

The second time we used Evri the process became much simpler, having done it once! It was simple and the parcel arrived at its destination within a couple of days. We were impressed.

My parcel still hasnt reached the recipient. I sent the package on August 12th and today is 21st August. Tracker doesnt get updated. Its appears that the tracker gets updated only when I send parcelforce a reminder. I paid £124 pounds to send a parcel weighing 25kgs through Parecelmonkey and courier I selected was Parcelforce. I got a quote of £85 from parcelforce website to send a parcel of same dimensions and weight. Basically parecelmonkey charged me £50pounds for nothing. Thats why I rated them 1 star. I probably might not even use parcelforce service because they are bad. I have sent parcels before with Courier and although they are expensive they reach in 2-3 days and their tracker is always up to date. Maybe it is worth paying a little more.

Company very good, but just one thing, there are no options for sending large parcels.

Few days ago I left a review, still no response no resolution. I have been waiting for an update since Apr. My parcel have not yet been delivered to it destination. All this time the only response is get is we are checking with the courier company. How long does this take ? Can someone from parcel monkey respond with an immediate resolution.

Gave us a good range of options. We chose UPS which was the cheapest. Our parcel was collected on Friday lunchtime and delivered to our daughter in the US the following Tuesday

Parcel not collected. Boxes on form too small to enter address correctly which has meant after almost a week my parcel is still sat at the sellers warehouse! Useless if you cant put the address in properly!

Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs! This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had! I strongly advise against using this company. Here’s what happened: They failed to deliver my item as promised. When I requested that the item be returned to the sender, they manipulated the delivery address and demanded more money. Now, they are extorting me for additional payment to release my parcel. This company operates like a scam, and I will never use their services again. This was my first and last time dealing with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I was charged an additional fee, the boxes were measured exactly but there were 5 of them and I was unaware that the lables were box specific. It was a very costly error. As they were all going together the lables were marked 1 of 5 etc I was unaware that this made a difference.

No pick-up... no communication! I placed an order for a package to be delivered by 10am the next day - by Parcelforce. - It was never picked up - Communication went unanswered - The tracking didnt work - In the end - days later - I had to cancel everything and use a different courier I generally find it helps when couriers come to pick-up your parcels.
