A good service at a reasonable price. All very easy to use. Didn’t have to send grime finding a carrier that would collect. This is the first time

Easy to use collection on time. Used parcel force 24 for 2 parcels both collected together but one took 48 hours to be delivered otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Reasonably happy with the service from PM. However used the DHL facility for sending parcel who didnt give any time slots by text for the estimated time of delivery. Disappointrd in this as DPD and HERMES provide these texts which gives a more precise delivery time.

Thank you so much! The price was very reasonable. I was informed of time for pick-up, within a 4 hour window, and it was picked up early in that window. The package was delivered to the actual ward in hospital, 2-3 days later. Very impressed.

No communication and no refund. Had to call the credit card company to step in. Used another company that did a wonderful job.

Parcelmonkey service was great, however the DPD service was poor when it left the uk. The courier in France left the parcel in the road with no card left at the property. Luckily, people passing by were honest.

Initially skeptical as the prices they offered were much much lower than on the actual websites of the providers such as Parcelforce. I went for it and it was a very quick and smooth process even tho my parcels were 25kg each.

Parcel Monkey is my go to for all packages where I want to use a courier either for home or abroad. The website is very quick to use, clear, and easy to book your preferred courier. So far, 100% delivery reliable!

4th May Parcel collected. 11th May - raised complaint raised with ParcelMonkey. It took two weeks for ParcelMoney to talk with courier. And now in 3rd week, claims team contacted me..and will take further time as they raise claim with courier..is this std response? PM deserve 1 star on TrustPilot, not 5! 25days since I sent parcel and 18 days since I complained to ParcelMonkey. If everything is passed on to courier including claims then why ParcelMonkey exists. Couriers should not add such unnecessary layer of an inefficient and stupid company. PARCELMONKEY IS WORST COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITING FOR 25 DAYS NOW. AVOID.

Really pleased with Parcel Monkey, always use them in conjunction with Parcel Force International. I sent a parcel to Canada and it has got there within the delivery time they gave me, with this pandemic on I thought it might be late, so pleasantly surprised. Great service

AVOID! AVOID! They charged me of a oversize fee after 1 month I received my parcel (which I received all broken and I lost some items, but I didn’t complaint as it was not important stuff). I asked pictures of the incorrect size because I took very care of the size and weight and on the picture they sent me you could see that my boxes were in a very bad conditions because the courier didn’t take care of them. I showed them picture of my boxes with labels the day I sent them and you could see that they were in a perfect conditions because they were new, just bought them for that occasion. Nothing they need picture with tape misure on the picture to be able To state the correct size. This is unacceptable! First you asked me picture where you can read the labels and then you asked me tape misure. This company is a FRAUD and it is not the first time this happened, check other reviews!! Unfortunately I read them too late. I did have all the proof and they still ask more. AVOID if you want to pay correctly and have a good service and not to have your stuff lost and broken!

DO NOT USE!!! I sent some very important legal documents with them to be delivered before 10.30am and they were never delivered. There is no way of contacting parcel monkey as they dont display a phone number anywhere on their website. STAY AWAY!

Booked collection at 00:30 am was collected 11 am same day! Received next day. Great service, excellent value, courier was DHL more expensive to book direct. return journey was good too.

Very good for posting heavy parcels 30kg but no very good for light weight parcels it expensive I would like to see from 500g 1kg up to 6kg cheaper then I would not have to use a company myhermes Direct as they are cheaper in shop pay and print then on here
