Terrible customer service. Didnt do the job. Not refunded the money for FAILING to complete the job. Absolutely disgusting from start to finish. Avoid at all costs. Useless, incompetent and thieving b@£*&rds!!!

Not happy with the service.was waiting all day at home 8-6 ,noone came to collect the package!!and noone even phoned to inform.sure,sometimes it happens,I wouldnt mind changing the date of collection but I cant accept the fact that noone bothered to inform that they wouldnt be comingI might have had something important to do.very unprofessional.I had to contact to let the company know that noone had collected it.not happy at all

Arranged for my Tu @ Sainsburys order to be delivered to a friend, then used Parcel Monkey UK to arrange follow on delivery to me in France.
The website was very clear and easy to use and my parcel was collected from my friends house the next morning. I will be using Parcel Monkey UK again next week and for any other deliveries in the future.

I sent a parcel that weighed 0.8kg but just entered it down at 1kg. Had an email today telling me they have taken extra money from my card to cover to 8kg package!!!! What!? This contained 2 small books and some tissue paper as decoration!! Will not be using parcel monkey or Courier again in the future. You may want to add a contact email for any disputes as the no reply email is so lame.

Parcel Monkey gets 4 stars because it got there. But there are things both Parcel Monkey and the carrier DHL need to improve. Parcel Monkey is an agent for three or more carriers. But its responsibility stops at taking your money.
The Parcel Monkey reference does not let you track your parcel, it only takes you to the DHL tracker. Here you need information that Parcel Monkey does not have. You need your consignment number which is on the DHL label you printed. On the DHL tracker this is called shipment number. You also need the postcode of the address you sent the parcel to. It also took me another day to find the invoice within the account.
Both DHL and Parcel Monkey need to send emails or SMS text to let you know your parcel has arrived or which stage it is at.
However, congratulations are needed to Parcel Monkey and DHL for carrying an item containing a battery which the post wont take.

All 8 of the consignments I sent DX via Parcel Monkey seem to have disappeared. I have a number of very disappointed customers and this is affecting the reputation of my business, as a small company we rely heavily on reviews. Do not use this company.

Works well until theres a problem. Overcharge? Youre on your own. Damaged parcel? Theyll sometimes help, sometimes not. Feels like talking with an army of bots.

I paid for 3-4 day delivery from London to Singapore with DPD through Parcel Monkey. Parcel collection from London went well and on time but we are now 12 days on from collection and the last tracking notification was the parcel being in London. I asked Parcel Monkey for an update 2 days ago and have had nothing back yet. Poor

Totally unreliable and will defend bad couriers rather than their customers. We were in all day, like most of the nation due to Coronavirus, and out of nowhere get an email saying they attempted to collect but no-one was in. Looked out the window and saw the van driving off. Contacted customer services, with the video evidence that the van never even attempted to collect, and they did not want to know. Defended their courier company and would do nothing. Paid for a next day service that we did not receive but no refund. Waste of time, use a proper parcel company.

Arranged for a parcel to be delivered by Courier via Parcel Monkey, we weighed and measured it and sent them the details. The items sent was 100 hamlet cigars. Parcel Monkey emailed to say they we’re charging extra because the package weighed 14 kilos, which is absolute rubbish. We contacted parcelmonkey to dispute the weight and extra charge but no reply has been forthcoming. Their Customer Service is non existent, there to busy swinging from the trees.

Its confusing when you send 2 different labels, and the first line address is to short and in the other country the address is working differently, I needed to calll them in romania because they said it’s wrong address because they don’t have first and second line address. Also when printing the label its. Ot in the middle of the paper. Needs to be improved
