They deserve no stars, I have been overcharged on parcel apparently weighing 31 kg when the parcel weighed 1 kg, they then said it was 102 cms long and 63 cms wide, but parcel was only 25 x 20 x 20. I have used parcel monkey many times before, I wont be using them again.

Rubbish parcelforce reviews to refuse to pick my child up as I said they changed their policy Didnt find out to a week later My customer is screaming parcelforce wont take tyres because their system is wrong and blaming it on the parcel at a ridiculous nonsense Not happy

Yet again, Parcel Monkey have done brilliantly The parcel was picked up on time and delivered to France on the date given. The price is great too, We sent 11 kg for under £15.00!! Many thanks.

Again problems at the delivery end (Italy) which may be beyond your influence. Hence the low score above. Parcels seem to get to Italy quickly, even at the moment with coronovirus, but then it rather too often falls down on delivery.

i ve inform customer services when i found the parcel was send to a wrong place,wrong receipt who signed as “CV-19” . however , they not do any check and just let me wait until their tracking system update. so i m keep waiting until ten day past, they told me that they lost my parcel at the last. but without return my any purchase back until today. as a consumer , i cant imagine this will hapen to me , they are totally irresponsible

The bike service worked perfectly. It was with parcel force but cheaper through parcel monkey and they picked up too.

Cheap headline price but then the problems start - three times in succession they charged more after delivery claiming the parcel weighed more than the booked weight - so last time I took it into a supermarket once labelled to weigh and photograph on their scales - -still they justified it after a long pause on grounds that it wasnt only weight , but weight / dimension proportions - what does that mean ? if you charge by weight , you live by weight , it was a very compact box anyway Now I booked , they quoted 5-7 days delivery to my chosen country, but after payment ( of course ) it transpires the courier will only collect 5 (!) days later and I am in London AND waiting for the pickup does not qualify as part of the delivery turn - around. Plus nobody to phone , at best you use Livechat during office hours. My last time , am definitely trying another service next package

Excellent service, parcel was picked up on time and received a message with an hour slot when it would be picked up. ARRIVED in Spain on the date advised. I would defiantly recommend and will be use again in the future First class Service and best cost than other services

Very good price, they sent a msg with the collection time around 9am the same day and wherein time.
The delivery man didnt enter the building and took my 7 boxes from outside my door(second floor) due to the virus but fortunately I had a lift and managed to pull them closer to the main entry. Hes been very helpful from the and nice but I suggest for the safety of your workers and convenience of your customers to provide them with masks (that I was wearing) when in the order is specify that the place is a condo or building with more floors. Amy boxes were about 10kg each,quite heavy, and everything was specified in the note. I also added that I would have left them outside my door at the 2nd floor and my building had a lift so they knew and shouldve been prepared. If I was an elderly it could have been quite a bit issue move them. Said so, I do understand that safety come first and thats why I suggested to provide your stuff with the right equipment and help if theyll know to have collection in condo. They arrived in good condition and not even 5working days in Italy and I was very happy and surprised due previous experiences. Ups and Bartolini courier were great. I recommend it.

Didnt deliver in the promised dates. 2 parcels missing, 1 damaged. they will not compensate because i didnt have a sales invoice. 4 weeks of complaining, 5 days between their replies (how lousy) so, my items were lost, and they wont reimburse, despite me paying extra insurance premiums. Con merchants, stay clear, you have been warned!!!

Paid extra specifically for a next day service - first they called me up and tried to re-arrange them collecting it for 3 days after it was meant to be (... which would have totally missed the point of me paying for a NEXT DAY delivery), then came round, collected it after I pointed that out... and delivered 3 days late. Note if you use them and pay for a service that they dont deliver - theyll just point you to the smallprint that says "we have up to 5 days after to deliver". In other words - forget any type of guarantee at all. Its relatively straightforward - companies like this shouldnt be allowed to sell you a specific service which their T&Cs then give them the green light to fail on and have no repercussions. Avoid.

1 star only because you cant give a Zero Star Review. Booked a guaranteed 48 hour service due to time-critical material required on site. Shipped on Friday, the first delivery attempt was made the following Thursday. Allowing for a weekend and a Bank Holiday, it should have arrived Wednesday at the very latest. The parcel arrived too late and the recipient was no longer available. ParcelMonkey promised to organise for a return to us. They didnt - Parcelforce went on to try to deliver again, then returned the parcel to ParcelMonkey. We have now had to pay an additional £14.40 for the privilege of having our own goods returned to us. Woeful customer service, woeful delivery service, who have just made sure that our company will never use their services again.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Do not use this company to have anything delivered! The first and last time I used them to deliver an antique table I’d purchased on EBay, it arrived with two legs completely smashed off it, despite being incredibly carefully packaged by the seller. I was hugely disappointed as its value was now ruined. However, I thought at least I could get my money back. Wrong! They would not give me a penny of the £41 I paid them to deliver (smash) my table, nor for the original cost of £95 I’d paid for it. When I applied for a refund, I had form upon form to complete, repeating information over and over again. I had to send them a LOT of evidence and wait ages on them replying. Even after all of the efforts I went to submit all the evidence they required, they refused to refund ANY of my money. They just came up with what I imagine is their stock excuse to avoid paying anyone compensation: inadequate packaging - a complete and utter lie in this case. I have never in my life seen a better packaged item. It had layers and layers of carpet underlay, bubble wrap, hardboard, cardboard and tape. It took my ages to unwrap it and yet, even after all the seller’s efforts, the courier company arranged by Parcelmonkey had smashed not just one, but two legs off of it. One was cleanly snapped off; the other was torn off with splinters sticking out, I imagine either by it being dropped from a height, or something heavy being dropped on top of it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will ruin your goods and not refund your money!

Theyre scammers, they charge u extra claiming your parcel weighs more than you stated.. then lose your parcel and refuse to pay you your claim, my claim was successful and they said they had paid me via PayPal but I havent recieved a penny and its been a week since this.

We used Parcel Monkey for a European delivery and it was an excellent service from drop off to delivery including up to date parcel tracking, definitely use this service again.
