Positive: Ive checked out many similar sites and theyre certainly the cheapest, plus they dont add additional costs to their quote like a lot of the others. Negative: The reason for the cheapness is the customer service is less than abysmal. If you have a nice and easy delivery then use them, anything even slightly tricky like as international shipment its worth paying extra to go elsewhere.

First time using Parcel Monkey. Booked a collection and delivery with DHL. Parcels were collected at the time specified. I was surprised when I received a notification from DHL saying that the parcels had been delivered the day after. Great prices. I will definitely use your services again.

Sent a parcel via this company to the isle of man,the parcel went all the way to the isle of man and returned back to me,i requested a refund it was rejected. My advice is stay well clear from Parcel Monkey.

Service was slow but that was due to the pandemic,that said as long as you have a printer at your disposal cost of postage can be saved.

Excellent site. Looking for an economic delivery to Europe, and found the best price on ParcelMonkey. The site is easy to use, clear instructions and everything was set up in a matter of minutes. Parcel only took two working days to deliver. Very pleased with the service, would certainly recommend.

I was unsure about using Parcel Monkey but they were simply superb. Everything works, their system is efficient and reliable. Pick up processing and delivery was faultless and their Tracking system one of the best. EXCELLENT !

If I could give zero I would, twice I’ve used them and booked Courier and they didn’t show up until the 3rd time 6months ago And now they haven’t shown twice and waiting for the 3rd today but not counting on it, I would never use again!!!!!!!!!!

I was actually a little shocked how amazing the service was. I genuinely thought there was a catch for how good the price and service was. I sent a 22kg package from London back home to Bermuda. I read the clear instructions for packaging and labelling. It was collected from my home and sent to Bermuda within a few days. I was also able to see it tracked for the whole journey. Really impressed and happy, particularly during this Covid-19 period! I will defiantly recommend Parcel Monkey UK and use it again. Thank you!

My parcel was booked via ParcelMonkey for collection by Courier on 18th May on a "next day" deliver service to another UK address. However, 3.5 weeks later and my parcel is still "in transit" somewhere in Couriers big black hole, and Parcel Monkey are doing nothing about it except sending me pointless messages saying they have been in touch with Courier about it. They are ignoring my requests to process an insurance claim (either for non-delivery or loss) and I wonder if there is actually any insurance in place at all (which I paid for). At the time of writing I am still waiting for my parcel either to be returned to me, or to be delivered to the recipient, or alternatively for an insurance claim to be processed, Very, very disappointing and frustrating. Be warned.

Competitively priced, however dont expect compensation for damages. Parcel Monkey replied to my claim, however claimed insufficient packaging was used (thick double cardboard boxes were used alongside bubble wrap, brown paper and cardboard egg crates for packaging a microwave). I was told polystyrene and foam should have been used in addition (I wonder what else they would have asked for if I had used those too!). Have used them in the past and were fine. As others have said its when something goes wrong that you shouldnt expect Parcel Monkey to be or any help (let alone honour their £60 item damage insurance).

No refund for broken parcel, I used bubble wrap, double cardboard packaging. They must have smashed it about. Never using again.
