I used ParcelMonkey to ship a valuable item with DPD, which was thoroughly wrapped and fully insured. The parcel was extremely delayed which initially I thought was due to the COVID-19 restrictions, however customer service could not tell me where the parcel was, but until that point were very responsive. 1.5 months later the parcel shows up, delivered by Courier (a completely different courier than booked) and the packaging was torn open, dirty and some key elements were missing making it completely unusable. When I lodged an enquiry with ParcelMonkey, I received a statement I should have contacted them within 10 days of shipping and claimed it as lost (it wasnt at this point) and they offered me a refund amount that was LESS than the actual shipping costs I paid(!!!), and not covering the actual costs of the now damaged item for which I paid additional insurance. When I asked them to clarify and challenged their decision, they stopped replying despite following up 5 times. Needless to say I am very disappointed in how this was handled and would NOT recommend using ParcelMonkey to ship any valuable items.

The only company who collect the item and then to deliver the item back to the sender. Item never left the depot and returned damaged and wet. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I love Parcel Monkey and have been using them for a number of years to send large parcels within Europe. Fast delivery, accurate tracking available and the curier always in touch with the receiver ahead of delivery. One critisism: i always use curier to pick up parcel from my home and dont get a pick up slot, so have to be available all day.

Parcel monkey were great, just let down by Parcelforce. The Parcelforce website was showing the parcel had been collected when it hadn’t and was late arriving. I understand these are exceptional times but they shouldn’t promise a 48hr service when they just can’t do it. I will use parcel monkey again but just not choose Parcelforce as the courier again. However I would like to say thanks to the Parcelforce driver who did his best to disguise the fact it was a mountain bike arriving for my daughter even though she knew it was on its way. His service was excellent and he is and a credit to Parcelforce!

Got a delivery slot on parcel monkey with parcelforce, it was £40 cheaper than PF were offering on their own site. Took a little while to get there but no complaints from the customer (Im in UK, theyre in Germany) and sent a large bundle of clothing to them. Thank you parcel monkey! Saved me a fortune.

This company is selling next day delivery services knowing that the couriers are not able to deliver They hide behind 24 hour response emails... Refund nothing... Track nothing properly Ive had 2 parcels booked for next day still not delivered in 4 days Will never use them again Disgusting customer service
