I used this site for posting a parcel to France. Good comparisons of prices and easy to use. No probems in UK, but France not quite so good! (apparently this is pretty normal!) Parcel Monkey did get back to every one of my emails though, and quickly, so well done and thank you! The parcel did eventually arrive but now I will allow a LOT more time when I next post!

Have used Parcel Monkey a couple of times. Very speedy service to family on France - much better than normal post. Sometimes when Ive selected DPD the printed label has taken a lot longer to come through than the 30 minutes claimed.

Website is great to use but of the last 6 parcels that were due to be collected, none were collected on the day that was booked. Rebooking required more than once on 2 parcels, much later delivery than we paid for, over a week on a next day service. I wont be using Parcel Monkey anymore, the couriers let them down

Courier (DX) didnt show up on the collection date, tracking didnt work once it was picked up (for DX part of the journey), but customer service was fast to respond, helpful, and package arrived safely and quickly once collected.

Absolutely faultless from collection to delivery!! Easy website to use....parcel collected in given time slot... tracking available and kept up to date, delivery informed to recipient of time slot also!! And super price!!!!

I was over charged for a parcel 2 weeks after delivery, I complained and the manager deleted my account before I could complain!! Do not use this company they are run by tyrants!!

I have used another company for years. My last parcel with them took a wek to collect and 5 weeks to deliver to France, so I changed companies. This parcel was collected at 15.10 on Wednesday and was delivered into the mountains in southern France by 10am on Friday morning. What more could I ask for AND it was slightly cheaper

Ever since I started using Parcel Monkey for my shipments I have had zero problems with deliveries, mainly through ParcelForce. That has been different in the past so I will definitely stick with Parcel Monkey!
