Parcel Force have not shipped the goods out of UK yet. I gave them to the post office 8 days ago. Thy have been overwhelmed by Covid-19 demand. Your web site still implied they were offering 5-8 days max to deliver to Australia. Currently we have no idea when the parcel will even leave the UK.

Missed one attempted delivery, thought theyd attempt again on the next working day. No card left and no option for re-delivery. Options are disposal, pay to have it returned to my customer in France or a 500 miles round trip to collect in Southampton. All equally unacceptable. Customer service response This has now been returned due to there being too many failed attempts of delivery, therefore, the service for this has been fulfilled. They refused to confirm that one attempt was enough, just kept on repeating that the service had been fulfilled.

Shame there isnt an option for zero stars: I prepared a parcel to go from Portugal to UK and I delivered it to the DPD collection point in Guia, Albufeira on 30 April. Within 30 seconds I had an SMS message confirming receipt and that is the last that anyone knows of it!. I tried to track and trace but kept getting a message to say "Weve received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel". I assumed it was to do with lockdown so left it a couple of weeks but nobody will admit what has happened. DPD say they dont have any evidence of the parcel but Parcel Monkey want me to prove that it was collected. Now that is impossible as I left it in good faith at their collection point so I have not received any evidence of collection by their courier, only the SMS acknowledgement, which I have provided to Parcel Monkey, yet they still seem to do nothing. I have subsequently found another similar company who use couriers that visit and collect from my home rather than me having to take it to a collection point, and the cost for the alternative using UPS instead of DPD would have been just €7 more so I know who I will be using ion the future.

Absolute worst service ever. Paid express next day collection and delivery over a week agaon, and this is the third time i have been left disappointed. Customer service are useless and dont care. Fast enough to take my money with absolute no regards for delivering on the service i paid for.

Used before brilliant site- no trawling around for individual prices - sizes of parcel and weight and up come the prices, don’t have a printer and need a company that provides labels - no problem - it tells you if they’re needed - BEST SITE AROUND IMHO

I have used their service several times now with no problems.
I used to use Parcel2Go... until they (or rather Hermes, whose services they offer), lost a parcel of mine... then refused to refund anything beyond my fee because I hadnt paid extra for insurance- the cheeky sods!
Parcel2Go/DHL have yet to do so. ;)

Most, unprofessional, company in my all life! DX Losted my parcel, what I sold on ebay!(worth £250+£19.99Shipping) I booked the delivery via ParcelMonkey with Insurance (£250) as always. In April! (Yes,in April! Still Running after my money) Ridiculous! No one can answer my simple question! Always same answer! Never trust them!

Following my previous review, which was largely critical of their customer support, I received a message saying they would provide a refund with a link to their site. Unfortunately, this took me to their customer support, which referred me to the returns ticket, which, in turn took me back to customer support. I left a message explaining how I was going around in circles and asked them to telephone me. They said they would pass this on, but I have heard nothing. If you want to recover some credibility, Parcelforce, send me a message with a telephone number so that I can speak to a person rather than a system that seems designed to thwart every effort to resolve a problem.

Excellent service from Parcel Force at the UK end, a very helpful courier and DHL at the South African destination were extremely supportive because I was sending three parcels which caused a slight hiccup at customs however DHL were fantastic, keeping my SA family informed at every stage and managed to deliver all three parcels on the same day. My only (very slight) criticism, is that there were so many different important labels to be applied to the packages there was very little space on the upper side of the parcel to place them but other than that I am extremely happy with the service.

Parcel failed to be delivered from Norfolk to North Wales - the retailer was open throughout the pandemic, even with a note on the door to say leave with next door property if it was out of hours delivery - which is also a fully staffed business operating long hours, to make it worse the guys at the retailers actually know the Courier man, saw him and hes said he hasnt had any parcels for them for ages, after nearly four weeks ive been told the parcel is now in Southampton (not close to North Wales as far as I know) and ive got to pay to get it back (double the cost of initial parcel cost) and then send again back to retailer, you guys arent cool......
