I’ve used Parcelmonkey quite a few times and they offer really good rates.
Printing the labels is easy and I always use a collection point to drop the parcels off.
It’s easy and very competitively priced.
Highly recommended.

Delivered to the wrong cafe, though in the right village, on the day that the special instructions said the cafe would be shut. The courier did phone me, so I was able to recover the package, bur must do better.

I would strongly advise potential users to stay away from this company. On my first use, I was simply returing an item from a seller in its original packaging and the courier damaged the item, a radiator, with some sharp piercing object as evidenced by the damage to the packaging. After asking for multiple pictures which obtained from the seller they declined my claim for compensation. This was a shockingly unfair assessment. The radiator company regularly send out radiators in their standard packaging and parcel monkey claim the packaging was insufficient. I will never use this company again. Communication is impersonal and slow. Despite taking insurance out, I was denied any compensation when things went wrong. They use sloppy careless carriers and dont have any respect or understanding for the customer. All may appear to be smooth but when things go wrong then the true nature of this company is exposed. Any sense of security sending items through parcel monkey is entirely delusional. I am warning others so that you dont suffer the same loss as I did through a thoroughly dishonest company who rely on you not making claims to establish their success. When things go wrong and you make a claim you will probably suffer the same fate and can do little about it. It feels as though I have been robbed because my claim is genuine and my argument strong.

The parcel was delivered late also, I was scammed as I didnt receive payment for my parcel so when a 3rd party co-operation when to contact yourself, you said there was nothing you could do which I think was oblivious, NO CUSTOMER CARE!

Never told me when they would collect the parcel, I was waiting from 8am, parcel was collected at 3.15pm! A full wasted day, even a 2/3hr window for collection would have been appreciated. Won’t use this service again.
