I would not recommend this parcel company to my enemy. I sent a parcel to London on a next day delivery which took three days and when my parcel which i had had put a large label on that clearly said Fragile had arrived; it was totally smashed up. The worst parcel company ever.

I have booked an Air Express delivery from UK to Brazil. The estimate time was 3-4 days on parcelmonkey.co.uk , job operated by NHL Air Express. The parcel was a little box with very important documents from the consulate and I had urgency on those documents as it involves the process of inventary of my father after his unfortunate death. The problem is that i am still waiting for them to arrive and the parcel has been sent to Belgium, 2 places in USA and still there. Current estimate 21 days for delivery! Very different than your advert. Not Fair at all!

Great service for the price - website easy to use and parcel arrived safely and on time. Only issue was that there werent enough lines for the full delivery address I needed to use, so I was a bit concerned that there would be issues with the delivery.

Very efficient and good value - Ive used Parcelmonkey several times to send parcels to France and never had any problems, much cheaper than using courier services directly.

I knew things had been affected with Covid so I placed an early order for Parcel Force 24hr to collect 6 parcels. Placed on Thursday for a collection Monday. No courier arrived after Id stayed in all day. Went and re ordered the collection for the following day. Waited in all day and still no collection. Made a complaint and was assured they would speak to the courier direct and make sure of the collection. Were now on day 3 and guess what?! Still no collection. Its OK Parcel Monkey I dont have a life... Im happy to lose 3 days +!!!

There was one day delay in the delivery of my parcels, but the most important thing is that all the boxes had marks of poor handling (torn, dirty, broken containers) and the distance travelled was within the UK, imagine sending them abroad(!).

Simple and efficient and I saved money. Tracking worked and parcel delivered on time. Two minor improvements and it would have been 5 stars:
- Parcel Monkey warned my content might be prohibited when I had already checked it was ok on the selected carrier
- it would help if labels were sized automatically or some advice given on how big they should be printed
Ill definitely use PM again.
