There is no update on my parcel, I have paid for fast shipping now am being told to wait 7 days so they can find my parcel, what is this, highly advise you not to use parcel monkey as it is a scam

A shambles-my parcel was not picked-up on 4 occasion and once I cancelled, the courier arrived! The only thing Parcel Monkey got right was my refund. I reverted to using the Royal Mail, which was reliable. Dont use Parcel Monkey but go direct instead. The promised savings are marginal in any case.

Courier stated parcel was 2.0kg and I was retrospectively charged much more than originally quoted. This was a small item; clearly weighing 300 grammes. Poor service.

Booked a parcel pickup. Left some detailed instructions during the booking but these were not passed onto the underlying freighter (parcelforce) resulting in a missed collection. 1 week later, still waiting for the parcel to be collected....next time better off booking directly with the freight company.

Still awaiting collection of item book over a week ago. I have rebooked this collection 4 times and it still has been collected. Wait for day of collection but it just comes and goes with no collection. Absolutely abysmal service.
