unfortunately the item arrived in the U.S. broken. It had been well packaged and so had obviously been abused in transit. Not happy at all with the service given. Did not take out insurance as knew had packaged well and the insurance was so expensive, and this should not have been damaged.

Very good service and cheaper than most other delivery services. They do this by offering less insurance for the same product, so as long as you are aware of this then its great! For example parcel force 48 offers £100 insurance on its basic price, but Parcel monkey offer the same service for a slightly cheaper price but with less insurance cover should something happen to your parcel. Sometimes as much as 80% less!

I always use Parcel Monkey to send gifts and packages to my godchildren in Sweden. No hassle no fuss, do it all online, print the label, stick it on and the courier comes at a day of your choosing = happy godchildren everytime.

Excellent confirmation with labels, communication on pick up time and collection however knowing how much your parcel weighs in my future requests might be an issue. The 1 i had this time was a return so Amazon helped me complete all the necessary info.

This mailing service is absolutely, insanely good. I was wary of shipping so much stuff (4 boxes) from the UK to the US, and I knew I was getting around to it late. I stumbled across Parcel Money with 5 days until my flight home and bit the bullet. What I found was an incredibly low-cost, reliable service. My packages all got home two days before I did!
