I sent a small package which worked well. Collection & delivery both good. A little while later I was charged an additional amount because the courier company decided that a parcel that weighed under 1kg actually weighed over 8 kg. ParcelMonkey then refused to challenge the courier nor would they provide any evidence to support their position.

Guys please take my advice stay as far away from this company as you possibly can in the last 3 weeks I sent three parcels one has been lost one has been broken but actually looks like its been chopped off the top of a building and they are not willing to pay me out on the insurance claim so Im going to have to take them to the small claims court the other parcel was 24-hours 9 Days Later I am still waiting for it to be picked up never mind be delivered their customer service team are a joke they speak to you like you are stupid I own my own company and send parcels all the time I thought I would give parcel Monkey ago probably the biggest mistake in my life wish I had read the reviews before because if you do you will see they are a terrible company will never use again so please once again take my advice stay for clear of this atrocious company

I paid a high price for a service that was hugely disappointing! Firstly the parcel wasn’t collected so I had to spend a long time on the phone tracking it and then reorganising the collection, which caused much inconvenience. When the parcel (which was a surprise birthday present for our son ) finally arrived it was very badly damaged and will cost a high price to repair and further disappointment, inconvenience and upset!!! I would very much hope to receive an apology from Parcel monkey and Parcelforce!!!

Would never use them again. I sent two parcels on the same date and one was going over to France. This parcel had one letter wrong on the address and I had an email from them asking for the address and it said I had 8 days to reply to this email and I replied within 24 hours but the next day the tracking said it was being returned and they haven’t been returned still. The other parcel got damaged in the post and I had coverage for a refund but this has been ongoing for a few weeks now and there customer service is outrageous. They also want pictures of everything but this is difficult as the parcel is not in my belongings. So now I’ve lost money on the delivery for one and I’m not so certain I’ll get my refund for the other.

I tried to book directly with Parcelforce but they would not collect for 4 days and wanted twice the price I paid with Parcel Monkey, and it was delivered to a remote location in Wales the next day

The parcel I recently sent to my son in Berlin was delivered promptly and arrived safely and with no damage. This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey to provide a parcel delivery service. I will continue to use them as a delivery provider as their rates are very competitive and they provide a very efficient service. Thank you.

Avoid using this company !!! Been waiting for collection for 3 days : No one showed up but they are putting on the system that there were attempt for collection ( so not true as I have not left home for a minute) Ignoring your wish to submit a complaint totally...

Delivered on time. Still to get the rebate from Amazon though. TV packed securely in original packing as never used except to identify fault. Amazon promised in writing that they would pay the £39.70 it cost as their own Returns transport was off the road due to COVID. They now say repeatedly they have no contact nor order number for this. It was not an order on them. Not your problem but it would be helpful as it related to the TV for which there is an order number and an email address.

Request a change of collection address parcel monkey confirmed the change of address but then Courier turned up at the old address saying they had no knowledge of the charge of collection address and that parcel monkey had not told them about the change of address, my delivery was urgent so I had to book with another courier and drive all the way to their collection depot to to make sure my parcel gets delivered the next day, very annoying. To add to it Courier turned up at the correct address 3 days later asking for the parcel

Sent a parcel to the USA which stated you can send a camera but not the battety £59 to send, parcel was sent back as I some how violated their terms, I did not put a battery in the box and the excuse parcel monkey has given me is the box was scanned which shows a battery compartment therefore there must have been a battery inside and then charged me £20 to get my parcel back and is refusing to refund after clearly pointing out the info on parcel monkey and DPDs website, Very Poor customer service and will Never use or recomend them to anyone.
