I have used these before and been very satisfied with the service. This time I chose to use DPD for an international parcel as this was the fastest and most economical service and I could avoid having to queue at the post office. However this was on Monday and still waiting for a collection on Wednesday...I am told that I should wait at the factory until 6pm to see if they collect. If they dont I have lost 2 days and many hours sitting around! Not a Happy Bunny!

I was unable to book a shipment via Parcelmonkey due to their website having a peculiar limitation. My road name has ten characters, and there was no form of splitting or abbreviation that I or Parcelmonkey support could come up with that would allow me to enter a valid address for collection. An arbitrary 13 character limit for address lines is strange, to say the least. In the end they did actually believe me when their own developers admitted it was broken, but it took a very long time in live chat repeating the same things before they understood. Parcelmonkey support just sort of wandered off and gave up. I eventually booked with that same courier directly- which cost more, but actually let me enter my address with no problem.

All extremely efficient, booked one night, parcel collected the following day (a friday), was out of the country over the weekend and delivered to the address in Munich, Germany by early pm on the Tuesday. Very impressive and far better value than other ways of sending! This was a fragile parcel and it arrived with no damage. Great!

We sent 6 boxes from the UK to France and 1 was never delivered to us in France and was shipped back to the sender in the UK. Parcel monkey said the courrier was unable to deliver the item despite several attempts. However, this is a total lie as with COVID 19 we didn’t have anything else to do a part from waiting for the courrier to deliver our boxes... 5 out of 6 were delivered in 5 business days and we paid £218 - total rip-off!!!

The "service" offered by this company cannot be called service in any way, shape or form. My parcel that I tried to send on 30 April has gone missing and they have now washed their hands of the situation because I didnt pay extra to insure it. Why should I have to insure a parcel in their possession? Once delivered to them it is their responsibility. They lost my parcel and now I am struggling to get back even the £23.15 that I paid for delivery, or as it turns out, NON-delivery! I am sending a formal complaint in writing and demanding a refund of my payment and I will copy their local trading standards office. I have come across some bad service over the years but this shower surpass every other problem that I have ever had. I dont complain readily because I know things can sometimes go wrong but when they deny all responsibility and tell me that it is my responsibility to find out where the parcel is, that really does take the biscuit. Suffice to say, I shall smear their name at every opportunity and the beauty is, I have the documentary evidence on their own conversation trail that what I say is factual so I seriously hope they try to sue me for libel - meet me in court!

at least 30% of parcels booked through parcel monkey do not get there next day when i pay for next day delivery. when you complain they are not interested

Parcel monkey have been terrific!
We did our third international move in 3 years, and the previous times shipping overseas has taken months (once it took 5 months to get our stuff). This time we decided to send individual boxes by Parcel Monkey as we packed them, and they arrived within a week! So efficient and easy, highly recommended.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. Parcel Monkey charged me for a parcel that was cancelled. They insisted it was collected which was impossible as it didnt exist. Parcel Monkey continually refuses to acknowledge attempts for customers to get in contact with them. I tried for weeks to get them to acknowledge I am owed a refund. The refund never turned up as promised. I have spent almost 2 months fighting this company. I am ignored when I make requests to speak to management AVOID at all costs.
