I was actually a little shocked how amazing the service was. I genuinely thought there was a catch for how good the price and service was. I sent a 22kg package from London back home to Bermuda. I read the clear instructions for packaging and labelling. It was collected from my home and sent to Bermuda within a few days. I was also able to see it tracked for the whole journey. Really impressed and happy, particularly during this Covid-19 period! I will defiantly recommend Parcel Monkey UK and use it again. Thank you!

Booked a collection for 1st June and despite both myself and the online chat representative rebooking 3 times it is now 13th June and no collection!

My parcel was booked via ParcelMonkey for collection by Courier on 18th May on a "next day" deliver service to another UK address. However, 3.5 weeks later and my parcel is still "in transit" somewhere in Couriers big black hole, and Parcel Monkey are doing nothing about it except sending me pointless messages saying they have been in touch with Courier about it. They are ignoring my requests to process an insurance claim (either for non-delivery or loss) and I wonder if there is actually any insurance in place at all (which I paid for). At the time of writing I am still waiting for my parcel either to be returned to me, or to be delivered to the recipient, or alternatively for an insurance claim to be processed, Very, very disappointing and frustrating. Be warned.

The price was fair, my package was picked up in good time, I was given good notice, and it was delivered in perfect condition.

Competitively priced, however dont expect compensation for damages. Parcel Monkey replied to my claim, however claimed insufficient packaging was used (thick double cardboard boxes were used alongside bubble wrap, brown paper and cardboard egg crates for packaging a microwave). I was told polystyrene and foam should have been used in addition (I wonder what else they would have asked for if I had used those too!). Have used them in the past and were fine. As others have said its when something goes wrong that you shouldnt expect Parcel Monkey to be or any help (let alone honour their £60 item damage insurance).

No refund for broken parcel, I used bubble wrap, double cardboard packaging. They must have smashed it about. Never using again.

I shipped a parcel to Canda. It was never delivered and has not been returned. Parcel Monkey wont let me speak directly to the carrier . This is so wrong.

Parcel received in the USA within days of dropping it off at local post office using Parcel Force booked through Parcel Monkey. Tracking updated regularly.. First class services which we have come to expect as being the norm.

2 shipments have gone wrong. They don’t follow up with their couriers. Don’t touch them.

Easy to use. Reasonable prices from numerous companies . Only snag is you need a printer to be able print labels off. If you havent got one your stuffed.

Excellent service and speedy delivery. Two minor quibbles - the man collecting the parcel did not sign the receipt (not Parcelmonkeys fault!), and they should specify weekends not included in count of delivery days. But I would recommend and shall be using again.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! STRESS. MORE STRESS AND EVEN MORE STRESS. Daylight robbery, lack of communication, lies and an outright failure to do the job HIRED for. Charging me TWICE, no refund for failing to do original job. DO NOT USE. Youd be better off throwing your parcel AND money on to a fire. HORRENDOUS COMPANY!!!

The worst service I’ve ever got! Stay away from them. At first, my parcel didn’t get collected on time and then when it finally did get collected, they kept it at their depot for ten days. When I contacted them why my parcel didn’t get delivered, they told me they figured it was oversized despite the fact that I entered all the sizes correctly. Now, I don’t even know when I’m going to have the parcel returned to me. Horrible sotuation when it was an urgent situation.

Did not come to collect on collection day. 8 days after collection I tracked the parcel and the courier service stated not receiving the parcel (I had paid for the speedy delivery service of 3-4days)

Excellent booking and collection service, 10 out of 10...
The international delivery side was not so good. We had been sent two parcels, the booking and collection was superb, one parcel sent on the 27th May arrived at the delivery hub Bologna/Imola on the 1st June, excellent, tracking confirmed this. We had a txt saying the parcel was on the vehicle, great, next day delivery we thought, not so, SEVEN days later our parcel arrived.
Parcel number two again arrived in good time, and again a txt arrived saying the parcel was on the vehicle and would be delivered that day, needless to say the parcel never arrived, we phoned the delivery depot to find that the parcel had been marked "unable to be delivered ", the driver had said the delivery point was closed, strange because it was open 7am to 9pm everyday... having had to wait a week for the first parcel, we decided to go the 30kms and collect it in person from the hub... so in all, Parcel Monkey where excellent, DPD UK where excellent, however BRT Italy let the service down and yes I realise that we are in a pandemic at the moment, but it does not require much intelligence to pick up a phone and ask the customer, when the parcel arrived if he could possibly collect it on this occasion.
