Awesome experience and the item was delivered as stated. I cant say anymore as its the first time I have used them but I will see if they keep the same level of service next time. So far so good.

I dropped my parcel at the post office on a Thursday afternoon and it arrived at it’s destination USA the following Tuesday morning. Excellent service.

Easy to use service at a good price.
I ended up choosing Parcelforce from the list of options and just dropped the parcel off at my local Post Office. There were collection options available, but it was convenient for me to drop it off. The cost seemed much lower than paying at the post office, which I normally do. All in all, very easy to book and pay and parcel was delivered to Germany 2 days later. Perfect.

I would not recommend the service. If you insure your parcel they will not honor the insurance and will simply not respond to you. On another occasion the carrier simply did not turn up to pick up the parcel. There are lots of other companies, whose service is way better, dont go for cheap, its not worth it. I lost money with them. Twice.

I used ParcelForce delivery via ParcelMonkey. For some reason I do not pretend to understand, it was half the price of going directly to ParcelForce. So that was good. Next, they collected, which was a bonus as the thing was heavy. Thirdly, they did not tear the box apart or lose it for a week like another provider called U*S did recently but they objected to my mentioning that fact here on TrustPilot. Sometimes the truth hurts. Lastly the parcel was delivered even sooner than ParcelForce promised. So all round excellent service which I will definitely use again.

The last 2 times i have sent packages to my daughter in Narbonne they have been shunted between hubs on the outskirts of Paris. Why they went to Paris i dont know as as there were 2 options - Paris or France other. Parcel still not received. I have always had good service from Parcel Monkey until these 2 occasions

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Courier collected the item on the 16/06/2020. They failed to deliver. they have a POD dated the 24/06/2020 with the collection address as the postcode for the POD with a signature and name that isnt connected to either address. Customer service is absolutely abysmal with just messages that they are waiting for a courier response. Or of the POD that isnt valid. Its now the 29/07/2020 and no offer of support not even the refund of the delivery charge. Basically they have charged £70 to collect an item then claim to have delivered back to the collection address. We have been left with no item and no delivery.

Used Parcel Monkey a few times now. Was very dubious about sending parcels by courier, didn’t know which courier to choose. Parcel Monkey helped enormously by showing me all my options without me having to look everywhere. Pleased with the price and reliability of the service (confirmation of booking, receipt of labels, ability to check up on the whereabouts of the parcel).
