AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Youd be better off giving your money to charity and your parcel to a passing stranger than using these cowboys. NO customer service. FAILED to deliver. AND charged me to return to sender!! AND STILL no replies or customer service. HORRENDOUS.

I just had to put the dimensions of the parcel in once, and only the Carriers who could handle it were displayed. This saved lots of time looking at individual Carriers websites. The Tracking was good too.

Charged me visa card twice for the parcel. After 3 mails, sending proof of the double payment., I have now still, here more then a week after, not got confirmation that i will get the the un rightfull duoble payment back. absolutly no proper custumer service

I paid a service on Thursday, it was stated the parcel would be collected on Friday. The label had no service or company name and no one came to collect the parcel on Friday as stated. Very dodgy and unreliable. I would like a refund.
