I used the service during the pandemic.
Sending a large parcel overseas.
I was able to track my parcel and knew exactly where it was! The parcel arrived on time and in good condition!
I will use parcel monkey again!

Really pleased parcel arrived okay, despite Covid etc. It did take a bit longer than I thought, and I had a bit of a fright when the tracking info said that the parcel had arrived and been signed for... My daughter had not received anything! But the following morning, the parcel showed as "Prepared for delivery" again, and it did indeed arrive safely that day! I was relieved : )

Initially I was impressed with the website and the reasonable ease of process plus the price. However had to wait in all day for collection with no knowledge of when it would be. The parcel didn’t arrive as quickly as had been quoted. But worst of all I got stung for an extra charge that they can just take off your payment card. They said the parcel was twice as heavy as I had said which is ridiculous, even if my scales were slightly different TWICE the weight was impossible. I challenged the extra and didn’t even get a response to my email. Just beware....I won’t be using them again.

Three packages in one week the courier didnt pick it up on the agreed date. Parcel Monkey didnt apologise or provide additional information on when collections would take place. Claim they do not provide deliveries and that this is another company so they have no control or information. No apologies, no refund. When packages did ship tracking didnt work and no confirmation on delivery which was paid for. They may be the cheapest for some packages but clearly its a case of buyer beware, too good to be true

I thought by using parcel monkey as a third party, my parcels would be safer in transit. I sent three parcels first courier was Courier two parcels sent ,one is missing sent one with parcel force and that is also missing. 2 out of three missing. They total around£400 and eBay as seized my funds until I pay the customer. I think by taking out extra insurance I might as well as told the courier s that there was an item of value in box. Will stop using courier services for a while.

Sent something to China. Item being returned due to incorrect import labels that were supplied by Parcel Monkey. I have enquired with them but only received a generic response. Issues and bad service. I now have an annoyed customer in China and no answers.

Their customer service was the worst I had in my life and I am not exaggerating. The customer service representatives were giving confusing and wrong information all the time to me. their communication with DPD was at least poor and because of their incompetence I lost all my clothing and professional equipment (total value of £2000). To be more precise, many of their representatives one day they were telling me one thing and the next day the were claiming the opposite. They were never helpful or did anything at all to help the situation. Parcel Monkey requested some information from me(photos, description of the items and parcels etc.) and it took them TWO WEEKS to send this information to DPD. They were ignoring my messages in the the open thread and the investigation was stalling because they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Even if the send your staff for free, avoid them. As I said, worst experience ever.
