My wife has been in Morocco with her parents since the pandemic started and while being able to communicate with her via WhatsApp is great - nothing beats knowing that I can send parcels to her safely. Parcel Monkey collected the parcel when they said they would and within a few days my wife received a call from the delivery agent in Morocco. He delivered to her parents door! Very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

1. Parcel was meant to take 5 days to arrive nut it has taken 2 weeks to arrive. 2. The PM****** tracking number cannot be used to track the parcel on NORSK website. It is not a recognised tracking number. 3. The recipient is now being asked for a Courier tracking number which is strange as I have not been provided with a Courier tracking number. I have a Parcel Monkey tracking number only.

I have used Parcel Monkey twice and have had excellent service from them even when problems arose (which wasnt their fault).
Its a very easy process so I will happily continue to book parcel delivery through PM in the future.

Twice now they have failed to pick up on the correct day and annot give a specific time slot only 8am-6pm. Custoer Service no help at all. No compensation for failed pick ups either BAD EXPERIENCE that I will not be repeating!!

Haven’t received my package nor any update from you guys. I try logging into my account and my email address isn’t recognised. I request a password reset and my email address isn’t recognised. My tracking number says that my package is being held in Hong Kong? Why?

Very good service ???? offered every time but they need to provide with time of collection and very reliable prices too.
Just need to offer more service at lower prices for i.e. should allow 40kg to Europe hope this will take in consideration and carry on service like that.

Great 3rd party delivery middleman. Worked easily and parcel got to its destination quicker than expected. Much cheaper than using Parcelforce direct.

My daughter had used them moving luggage from abroad before and was so impressed with the service, recommended them to me. I would definitely use them again, and recommend to my friends to do so, too, if they needed the service. Speedy service.

This review is not directly for parcel monkey but as they are representing the couriers then in a way they are responsible. I recently sent parcel through parcel monkey and the courier that they best recommended throw the package over my customers fence and now it doesn’t work.

The booking was excellent and went perfectly. I would use again. However, one week after the parcel was posted I am being asked to review but the parcel has not yet arrived. I paid for two day delivery as the item was urgent but so far one week and no arrival yet. So couldn’t give five stars
