Always have an exceptional service but, unfortunately i have received a message from its european destination saynig my parcel/goods have been damaged and noted, at delivery depot. With no further updates or contact details, i will not know the extent of the damage until arrival at its address. I can therefore only warn the person receiving the parcel beforehand..

The accepting agency did not put the tracking sticker on the parcel as I found it when I got Home.

Parcel Monkey works really well I have used it for many years - brilliant.
Sometimes the carrier lets the side down but that is beyond parcel monkeys control. It’s usually Parcelforce that have ‘delays’.

Have used Parcel Monkey a few times to get parcels to a Greek island. It’s always very efficient this side of the deal but unfortunately it always takes longer than advertised but I appreciate that is most probably the fault of the destination. A very cheap way of posting to Europe. Cheaper than packing an extra suitcase !

Parcel Monkey provided a good and quick service. Unfortunately the courier service selected was not so great as they took over a day to collect the parcel from the drop off point and then their tracing service was poor (kept saying the parcel had gone to Heathrow and then that it was back at the depot. Parcel got there eventually

I have found Parcel Monkey to be an excellent service. Making a booking is simple, the paperwork is straightforward, collection is as indicated and delivery is as expected. All round I am very pleased with this company and I will use them again.

Been using PM for the last 4 years now and I can say they havent set a foot wrong. Whenever theres been any issues, (very rare) their customer service reps have provided extremely fast and efficient responses and always resolved my problems within days. Great all round service and would recommend to anyone looking for reasonably prices quotations for shipping parcels abroad.

This is always my first port of call for sending parcels - ebay etc. You get a good choice and I usually opt for a service that collects from my home - covid proofing. The site is very clear and easy to operate.
