First time used - two parcels, one to Zanzibar, one to Kenya, both will be late arriving. The parcel to Zanzibar is being promised to be delivered two weeks late, which means Im likely to have left the country by then. It was meant to be straightforward as being sent to a hotel. Customer service churning out standard responses, tracking only showing left London and referencing Courier, who we didnt have any contract with. Prices are huge compared to what I paid others in the past and this service is very poor. I will write a follow up once it is delivered, but so far Im not impressed one bit.

I used this company to send two phones to Pakistan and never received the phones back and never received it in Pakistan. Paid for parcel and waste my money and also lost both phones. I will not recommend this company to use at all. They will put you on hold and no response to your complaint and will ignore you all the time.

Be careful with this organisation. I sent a package to Canary Islands Tenerife and it turned that the parcel ended up in Gran Canaria - Las Palmas the courier sent the package to a different address. After so many emails sent to customer services without luck I am going to put my case with a solicitor.

Easy to arrange, very good price for a delivery to Spain. Collected as arranged, tracked all the way and arrived safely. A simple, efficient service with a great price. Will use again without hesitation.

Be careful, I booked a delivery to a private address turned out it was a scam which would never have worked as their was no one at the delivery address but parcel monkey without asking me decided to deliver my £400 laptop to a shop so anyone with the consignment number could collect, thank you parcel monkey well done

I was an abroad student from Spain in Birmingham, I left all my things there since I had to leave in a hurry (corona), my roomate sent me a 24 kg suitcase at the beginning of June with all the things I own, not only they lost my suitcase but they sent me a wrong flyer and stated that they did their job in sending me something. They want to pay me 75 miserable pounds and get this issue buried. I am fighting with my lawyers and see what it can be done but my advise is: DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The first time I used Parcel Monkey was about 3 weeks ago. I have now used them 6 times since, and every parcel has tracked properly and been delivered. Much cheaper price than going direct to Parcel Force too. What more could you ask for?
