Easy to arrange and full communication

Excellent service. I literally sent Christmas to my family in 4 boxes. All arrived in perfect condition. Even the chocolate father Christmases were in tact. Well done!
I will hopefully have two very happy little grandsons on Christmas day.

Great price, collected from my home and delivered rapidly. Good communication throughout the process. As long as you can print the address label, dont look elsewhere if you have a parcel to post.

Our parcels were delivered and within a reasonable timescale. However, the parcel we sent to Switzerlannd to which we attached an invoice as required and detailed the contents as gifts, the Swiss post office wouldn’t release it unless our son paid 40 Swiss francs as it didn’t say on the box that it was a gift? Not sure where the invoice was removed that detailed the contents and had a boxed ticked saying it was a gift?

They have lost our Christmas presents and don’t even have a phone number to call. They don’t chase shipments with a problem and just leave you to beg for help by email.

I used Parcel Monkey UK to send a parcel to my family in Germany.
So easy to book a parcel online, then I just had to print the label and take my parcel to the post office.
I have since used the service again and can definitely recommend it.

This delivery worked well but I have had previous issues in Spain with deliveries hence the four rather than five. Totally accept this may be a partner organisation but neveryheless.

I have used parcel monkey several times. They have been excellent. I send parcel to northern Sweden they are very competitive with their pricing and so far very reliable to this remote part of the world.
I used the. Re e try for a parcel within the Uk and again deleivered no problem and they update you whilst the parcel is in transit

Twice already courier did not turn up on a scheduled collection date, even when it was scheduled few days in advance. The customer service is not helpful at all offering just another date with no specific times or even guarantee of collection. Always blaming courier company, you should take responsibility for services you’re selling!

F**ck this company. Literally ZERO ways to contact them about anything. No phone number, No email address. "Write to us by post" is what they state on the website. It is f***king 2020 not 1897. Get with the times. I was relying on this company to deliver goods to my customer, the driver did not even turn up for collection. The only reply given is an automatic page stating. "Sorry your package wasnt collected. Please reschedule" What the actual F***CK kind of service is this bullsh*t company offering???

I cant understand how this works - half the price of Parcel Post, yet Parcel Post does all the work! So full marks to them for fulfilling the service. ....the chap behind the counter in our local post office where I dropped the parcels off didnt seem too happy though....
