Well obviously I’m not going to give a positive review because my a bathroom sink was dropped off a truck and broken and as I didn’t take additional cover thinking it might automatically be covered for up to £50 I’m getting no compensation.

Paid express and requested well in advance for next day collection. Waited in No collection. Status said there would be a delay. Next day waited in all day yet again, no sign, but it said we are on our way. The status had changed to "was not able to deliver customer not in" Rubbish we waited in for two days. There was a note on the door to ring the bell, we would hand it over. After a lot of of messing about we managed to phone and they said they would ask courier to collect, We actually had told them three times that we had to go away and they did not deliver so we missed out on nearly two days holiday after such a long time of not being able to go anywhere. I am not happ and I do not like being lied to. I am owed for the two days holiday I missed out on.

I had not heard of this service before. Was recommended to use it by a company that I need to return a heavy object back too.
Was so easy to use very impressed from the moment I registered to the collection of the parcel.

I paid for a parcel to be shipped to Amazon returns centre in Slovenia. I used Parcel Monkey as the agent, suggested by Amazon. I filled out all the questionaire and downloaded all the documents and attached them, all in accordance with the instructions. I then dropped the parcel off at the local DPD courier pickup point. A couple of days later the parcel returned to me as I was told customs documentation had not been completed. I have for over a week now tried to get Parcel Monkey to arrange for shipping as the required documents have been downloaded and attached ( again?) they have refused to arrange uplift and have still taken my money. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY FOR INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT.

No live chat to ease the efficiency of communication, let alone phone number. Avoid them please. Requested to cancel the shipment via message e-mail. The shipment was canceled, parcel never picked up, the refund of 42 Euros never returned either. No matter how many times you write to these people, to no avail. It is more than 10 days that the order was canceled. Only after you write a bad review here, they will do something. Please refund as soon as possible. Ill never use your services. An exceptional international delivery service offered by Parcel Monkey. My package was collected on 24th May - from a UK address, and delivered to Melbourne, Australia on 30th May.

What can I say but excellent. No issues at all and they were cheapest by far. I even had to take out extra cover as my item was £700 and it still worked out cheaper than the other sites. Thanks guys for keeping your finger on the pulse.

First time user and didnt know what to expect. What I got was a great delivery price along with prompt pick up and drop off by the courier chosen. All I can say is it was an excellent service so around.

Shipping prices are great but service is not - I got a parcel returned to sender the next day with the reason "no air", until now (over 7 days later) no refund or a replacement label. ParcelMonkey should have sent out a replacement label straight away & sorted whatever the problem was with the label they give me without involving me. Also, I sent another parcel on the same day under the Temporary Import legislation - recipient now was asked to pay tax & nobody takes care to discuss & handle situation with customs officer nor was I able to get contact details to speak to customs. Loosing out now over EUR 130 for customs duty & GBP 20 for shipment plus a lot of problem because of delay.... Not happy! Also, you contact them with a problem from your registered Email address & they are still asking you for the shipment number ALTHOUGH they can clearly see their cases in the open case section in their system....
