Great service - offer a same day collection if booked in before 1 or 2pm?! Would help a lot - late collections are no problem (before 7pm)

I would be improved by giving the customer a period of time which a parcel would be picked up for example between 12noon and 2 this way day.

It would be useful to have a smaller/shorter pickup timeframe (eg 0730-1730 is a long time to stay in at home for a 5-minute pickup!)
