Disappointed that if I book a parcel at 03.00am it is not picked up the same day but has to wait till the following day.

The real area for improvement for me would be knowing when the parcel will be collected. Had to wait in for hours, not knowing.

Our Response: Thanks for your feedback. We are restricted by the limitation of our suppliers, as soon as reliable collection windows are available we will give customers the option.
Took 3 loadings on to the van before an attempt to deliver occurred, not next day delivery!
