The only problem was that no tracking information was available and I was never informed that the item had been successfully delivered.

A text sent to my phone to advise collection and delivery times about an hour before the courier turned up would be helpful

Booked for collection, stayed in all day but no collection until next day. Paid for next day so asked for refund, no reply. Not useing again

You need to mention on your parcelforce 24 page, that it doesn't include saturday delivery, it's a bit misleading.

Our Response: It's explained throughout the website that "Next day" is next working day. We also provide a Saturday delivery service for those who wish to buy it.
It would have been good to have some idea of when the driver would collect. Even just morning or afternoon would be helpful.

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.
