Great service as usual but item was so badly damaged and knocked about by the time the recipient received it, I have to fully refund her.

our first parcel was mashed during transit. as you don't cover ceramics we were unable to claim.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
