I HAVE POSTED YOU A LETTER. THE ORDER TURNED UP AT 3.30, I PAID FOR A BEFORE 12 DELIVERY AND Courier WERE NO HELP AT ALL. RUINED MY DAY

The collection was delayed by two days and the delivery was also delayed, thereby costing my money as well as time. Will not use again.

Not the first time this has happened. You notify me of non delivery hours after driver has left... It took me a month to sort out last time.

Our Response: We notified you of non delivery after the tracking update made at 12:49 on 26.10.12. The courier then returned at 13:27 and made the delivery following an update to the address.
The parcel arrived on time as expected. Good job

Driver had the inability to find us even though Courier have been to us before. 2 days later , had to go to Post Office to get delivered!
