Our Response: There is no tracking for the City Link "Same Day" service as your hire the driver and van which goes straight from your location to the delivery address.
Good straight forward but had to wait all day for collection a rough time or phone call would have been better, Thanks

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.

On this occasion Courier didnt perform, it took 2 days for the collection! it should have been next day, i had to call a few times!

AM or PM would be a great help so one does not have to stay in until the goods are collected, I note that my collections have always been PM

Item was damaged in more than one place via City Link Courier, very disappointed with this. Parcel monkey however themselves were fine.
