Great price but let down with promise to come on a certain day and no show. Then promise to come on another day but no show.

Waited in all day for pick up (9am - 6pm), had to call depot told pick up would be next day , then pick up came at 6 pm! wasn`t impressed

Didn't like the attitude of the Citylink driver. Didn't use the bell but hammered on the door. "Well you heard me, didn't you!"

I was the recipient, rather than the despatcher. Your service is not really geared up for recipients arranging delivery.
