Service was very good, but on your publicity you say " prices from £5.99 etc. but then don't give a reason for prices being higher

The increase in prices from that low point reflect product size, weight and destination.
Useless. Didn't collect - we had to drive to Heathrow and despite assurances still weren't delivered and 3 consignments still aren't.
