If collection window could be offered with couriers that would be fantastic.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Field for pickup instructions would have been useful.

My parcel was not collected on the arranged date but rather on the next working day with nightfreight with no reason why.
