Everythi was good exceept the wrong address on the collection. It should have been 36 Moorside Drive but said 34 Moorside Drive.

A Kipor kg 2000ti generator weighing 22kgs does not weigh 26kgs, riped-off and not happy about the extra charge, look-out forums!

Our Response: We make all additional charges based on information provided by the courier company concerned. At Parcelmonkey we never see the goods booked with us but do provide all customers that are additionally charged the opportunity to see the full size and weight details of the item in question from the courier company.

Very easy to do online but would be easier to have an option to take package to depot for weighing/labelling etc

You will soon be able to drop off at certain locations but they will not weigh the item. This will be done when laser scanned for precise measurement.
